In the interest of: The Ambassador Extraordinary & Plenipotentiary
of the People's Republic of China in Italy,
S. E. Li Ruiyu,
Via Bruxelles 56B
00198 ROMA RM
Italia

Coming from: ASJ

Date: 28 September MMXVII

Subject: Request for Political Asylum

In that I am stateless, without passport (I have renounced my United
States' citizenship on political grounds; Hallelujah! I am no longer a
citizen of the DisUnited States!)) and now, considered a persona non grata
by the government in Italy, where I have lived since 1 May 1983, asking
what I could do for Italy not what Italy could do for me, I respectfully
request, Ambassador Li Ruiyu, that I be awarded political asylum in the
People's Republic of China, having been an intelligence offcer in the
United States'Army's Reserve Offcer Training Corps, a graduate of the
United States' Army's Artillery & Missile School (Fort Sill, Oklahoma),
an instructor in a missile and rocket training battalion, an artillery offcer
during the Vietnam War (August 1967-August 1968) honorably
discharged and where I witnessed crimes against humanity perpetrated
by United States' military personnel (The Vietnam War Laid Bare
Finally!); having served in Carlos Andrs Prez's presidential
administration in Caracas, Venezuela (where I lived from 1975-1983) as
an editor of the president's speeches, and a speech writer for various
members of his cabinet; and, having lived in Italy as an astute Italianist
studying Italy's political, social and economic mores (Italy: The Dissolution
of One European Sovereign State), I further implore that I be allowed to
synthesize, in China, in peace and quiet, my personal thoughts and
perspectivesgarnered from four continentsproducing for the People's
Republic of China a philosophically political treatise attempting to help
all of us to live in prosperity and tranquility, not Artillery, and
particularly criticizing the DisUnited States of America, attempting, in
addition, to distinguish and highlight the differences between Western
Civilization One (Europe) and Western Civilization Two (the Disunited
States of America), both of them, disgustingly, foundering in their Muck
of Greed & Corruption, and especially Europe, as Alain Minc predicted
in his Le Nouveau Moyen ge (Gallimard, 1993), slowly but surely, creeping
towards a political and economic disintegration that will leave the Vecchio
Continente divided into large regional governments led by Mafa-like
populists bent on the rule of desperation and Fascist-like expedients.
Thank you, Ambassador Li Ruiyu.

Cordially...

Anthony St. John
