THEME: Artwork must relate to Southern history and culture, i.e.: landscapes,
historical sites, people, events, still life and scenes from our past to the present. All Artist name ____________________________________

ELIGIBILITY: All work Must be Your Original Creation and completed within

judged exhibit. All entries will be displayed unless they do not meet the criteria

SALES and PRICING: SASi will retain 30% Commission from all sales by
Members, and 40% from all sales by Non-members. Artists will be paid for Email ________________________________________
work sold following the close of exhibition. Work may be listed not for sale.
SPECIFICATIONS: All work must be original, completed within the last two I have read, understand, and agree with all terms and requirements as
years. Painting (oil, watercolor, acrylic, pastel), drawing, sculpture, printmaking, stated in the prospectus
photography, mixed media and fiber are eligible. Two-dimensional work is
restricted to 48" by 48" including frame. (Larger work may be accepted Signature: _____________________________________
depending on gallery space.) Works on paper (including photography) must
be protected by glass or Plexiglas and framed. All work must be properly Entry # filled out by SASi
framed or gallery wrapped (sides properly finished), and wired for hanging. Mats

Three-dimensional work is limited to 2'x2' of floor space, less than 6' tall and Medium _________________________ Price _________
weigh less than 50 lbs. Three-D work Must sit solidly on a flat surface or be
properly mounted for hanging. The following will NOT be accepted: wet paint
or inks, reproductions, giclees or copies. Unacceptable framing includes: clip Title 2 _________________________________ Entry #_____
frames, saw-tooth hangers, staples, string or tape. Art must be presented in a
professional manner. Inadequately prepared work will not be considered for Medium _________________________ Price _________
exhibit.
PICK UP OF ART: Artwork must be picked up on the scheduled date. Artwork
left beyond 30 days will become property of Southern Arts Society. Title 3 _________________________________ Entry #_____
LIABILITY: Southern Arts Society (SASi) accepts no responsibility for any loss

standards or specifications and to withdraw any work from the exhibition at its
