Main objective of graduation project is to nd out RCA on low performing stores & merchandise,
implement ndings in a POC for an under-performing store to improve sales performance, move the below
average merchandise to above average performance, data analysis on survey results to come up with
various customer behavior ndings, Identify key customer groups and prole based on age, gender, and day
of visit and named these groups, identify color trends and patterns in various above segments. To develop
