Q1) A) Write the advantages of precision rectifier.Explain half wave precision rectifier (4)
along with neat waveforms.

B) Design a square wave generator using opamp to have output frequency of (6)
2.5KHz with variable duty cycle from 30% to 70%.

Q2) A) Draw and explain functional diagram of IC555 and explain its operation (5)
in monostable mode.Find the values width of 5mS.(Assume C=0.1uF).

B) Write short note on: i) Phased-locked loop IC565. (5)

ii) Waveform generator IC XR 2206.

Q3) A) Design voltage regulators LM 317 to give a output voltage variable from (6)
6v to 12v to handle maximum load current of 500mA.

B) With the help of a neat circuit daigram explain the working of universal (4)
shift register IC 74194.
