looking for experienced design engineers. It is becoming very difficult for a fresh engineer to get
entry in the design field. Even though a fresh engineer joins as a trainee engineer should
understand all the basics of engineering industry. As designers are the originator of any product in
the company and the quality should built in the product in design stage. So companies always
expects strength of good design engineers with them. To become a good design engineer
theoretical & CAD are not sufficient. One should have the knowledge of manufacturing processes,
drawing reading skill, sound knowledge of materials, knowledge of basics of design & better
