CIBIL report shows STD on loans other than those mentioned above
Reasons of delay should be known, SA to recommend the case to CM-IL. Key points to note:
a) Good repayment track record with Ujjivan
CM-IL b) Reason of delay should be genuine
Within last 3 years
c) No signs of financial distress
If the CIBIL report depicts no trade lines post the deliquent account, SA to verify & recommend
CM-IL to genuine cases to CM-IL. If the customer has more than 2 enquiries in the last 3 years with
none of the loans converted, the case should be rejected.
* ACMs - Only authorized ACMs can approve cases when the CM-IL is unavailable
Other Guidelines:
All cases where the SA is the final approving authority will require the IL-CO to visit the cases, document his observations and make a recommendation. In the absence of the IL-CO, the ACM/IL-CM shall be the approving
authority
For willful defaults, the case should be rejected
Supporting Documents should substantiate the case
While investigation the distribution/credit representative to get in touch with the concerned MFIs/Banks & get accurate information (wherever feasible)
File should not be sent unless approval is given for any CIBIL related issue
Credit to maintain a record of such Deviation Approvals when granted, performance of such loan to be reviewed on a quarterly basis
In event of any other Query regarding the Bureau Report, such as Enquiries in CIBIL report within 12 months, Credit should investigate
If the borrower/co-borrower & guarantor has guaranteed other loan with negative trigger, the above matrix shall be applicable
If the borrower/co-borrower & guarantor has guaranteed other loan with positive trigger, the OSP shoulb be included in the liability side of the balance sheet during client assessment exercise
For any DPD category, IL can be availed if the case fits as per the above defined matrix, however customers can be serviced under GL with CM-IL approval under below circumstances:
1. Customers or co-borrowers financial assessment proves insufficient repayment capacity to service an IL , they can still be serviced under GL for either the customer/co-borrowers business.
2. If during assessment, it is found that either the customer or co-borrower are hesitant/ unwilling to avail/service a high ticket IL loan, they can continue to be serviced under GL
> DPD reasons (<90 days) & documentary proof (on SUB & above buckets) must be collected on default loans as reported in CIBIL
> In case the rejection in IL is due Misrepresentation of facts/information, submission of false/fake documents, manipulation of data/financial numbers that has impact on loan decisioning, the customer should not be
sourced in GL or IL.
