Section 1: Overview:
11.1INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this document is to provide assistance to the Program Officer, Grants and
Agreements Officer, and others involved in overseeing a large facility project in assessing the
project management plans of Ain Azmer. These plans are usually provided, in at least
preliminary fashion, as part of the proposal for construction of a large project within a Project
Execution Plan1, describing how the Ain Azmer will carry out the proposed project. This plan
can be fine-tuned, during the period following approval of the award and prior to undertaking
making construction activities.
The Project Execution Plan contains a system level Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and
associated cost estimates rather than detailed costs at the component level, gross contingency
estimates scaled from experience on similar projects, a top level definition of the project scope,
and general indications of the construction schedule. Plans for Safety, Environment, and Health,
Financial and Business Operations, Systems Integration and Commissioning, Testing and
Acceptance, Transitioning to Operations, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, are
likely to be only notional at the proposal stage. As described in the Roles and Responsibilities
Module, the baseline should be validated by the Program Officer through an external review,
using an external advisory panel capable of providing advice on the broad range of managerial,
financial, technical, and programmatic aspects that will be addressed by the project.

1.1 Objectives:
The mean reason for preparing this document is;
To be sure that we understand the project requirements including but not limited to
planning, scheduling, Client requirements, HSE requirements, Quality requirements,
Risk management requirements, emergency response requirements, personnel staff
requirements, equipment type and quantity required for the project, and reporting system
requirements.
To be sure that all the arraignments for the entire paragraph above are in place and
considered.
To ensure that the key issues of value enhancement and risk management are properly
addressed in the PEP
The project execution plan is one of the most important documents in any project because it
submit a clear picture for both of the clients and Ain Azmer about the project progress situation
and the quality of the work in additional to check the level of HSE issues if it is need to updated
as per the facts on the ground.
The project execution plan is submit a clear picture about the site origination including all the
Ain Azmer's subcontractors with clear responsibilities.

Project # PE15002D
The Project execution plan is identify the critical items which need to be included in all the
Project execution plans also it is showing how the PEP can be used as an organizing structure
for all project plans.
1.3 Scope of the project Execution Plan:
The PEP should reflect as much as possible the generally accepted Project Management
Best Practices.
The PEP is the primary document which defines how the project will be undertaken. It is
a companion document to the Field Development Plan (FDP), which defines what the
COMPANY is trying to achieve.
The PEP details the specific activities, resources and organization to be applied,
demonstrates how the project's quality and HSE requirements will be achieved, and how
the project objectives will be met by the proposed method of execution.
The PEP will therefore act as a guidebook to how the project will be managed, providing
the necessary signposts towards other associated documents.
Section 2: Project Objectives and goals:
2.1 Project Objectives and critical success factors:
The critical success factors in this project are:

Project # PE15002D
We will do all of our best to submit the time planning for the project and for sure it is
available for discussion with our clients representatives and the following items is already taken
in consideration during the time planning for the project:
Check which activities can be done in parallel for time winning.
Check where the sources of the materials are and estimate the required time, equipment,
distance, inspection & testing, and the starting date for starting the transportation to the
working area in time.
Check and estimate the required time for cellar construction, conductor activities, and
the required time for transportation, inspection & testing, construction activities for the
liner materials including the qualified sources.
Check and estimate the correct number of equipment which are needed to complete each
part of the project and what is the chances to starting the activities in parallel even if that
is cost more money.
The construction activities for the access road and the rig site including all the required
cut and fill must be done in parallel and what we are going to do is just as a priority we
open the required access road to be accessible by our equipment so we can work in
parallel for both of the access road and the rig site.
Materials purchasing in time, and weather considerations:
The material purchasing activities will be starting immediately after the contract is awarded by
the client so by this method of work we have enough time to get the approval from our clients
before transporting the materials to the site and also we give enough time which is required for
testing & inspection as per the client advices.
Also we can save the time for construction if we have the required materials available in the site
at time.
A clear list of the required materials purchasing will be prepare and submit to the client for
review and the required time to be in the site including the testing & inspection time
required.(the list will included but not limited to Sub-base, aggregate, crushed stone, electrical
materials,..etc.).
The weather condition will be also taken in consideration and it is in our plans to use every
hour available for continuing the work in case of raining days, or any other bad weather
conditions are occur.
Coordination with our Subcontractors:
During the planning time for the project all of our subcontractors must be informed about in
which time or date we need them to submit their services and each of them as per his duties and
responsibilities also they need to understand the client requirements for their services including
but not limited to the required qualification, services quality, and time schedule for completion
by taking in consideration the required actions for all the HSE issues to be clearly understand by
