¿WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO?

The name of “Creative lifting” comes from implementing any change on

pictures. These changes are normally improvements, or new composi-
tions using image elements in a creative way. At the very beginning, it
was just a hobby, since we digitalized old pictures and negative films
and fixed those that were damaged. The purpose was to keep them in a
digital format, and in good conditions to make them last over time.

We started digitalizing family pictures, and we fixed many of them, as

some of them were damaged due to the passage of time. We also intro-
duced new creative effects in some pics, so that they looked much bet-
ter and customized. After this, we created a blog to show what we had
been doing and to offer the services of digitalizing, fixing or implement-
ing creative modifications on other pictures. Our idea is to offer a per-
sonal service with a satisfactory result for both parts.

REMARKS

Resolution:
In case of physical pictures, the resolution will reach 600 ppi.
In case of negative films and slides the resolution will reach 2400 ppi

We will deliver 2 different formats: .jpg and .tiff (the latter is a higher
resolution format)

DELIVERY CODITIONS

Original physical material as pictures, negative film or slides will be sent

back by post, together with the CD with the digital content. We will
contract an insurance to the value of 50€.
If you wish to insure a higher amount, please, contact us. The digital
material will be sent back by internet (free of charge).

Delivery cost and CD including pics.:

Europe —> 10€

Rest of the world —> quotation on request

Orders over 50€ will get a 10% discount.

Orders over 100€ will get a 20% discount.
Orders including compositions and fixing will get digitalization free.

PROCEDURE

In case you are interested in any of our services, you have to contact us
first in our e-mail address: creativelifting@gmail.com

If you wish to fix physical unique pictures, negative films or slides, we

always recommend to insure the delivery.

In case of a digital material, you have to send it to our mail address

creativelifting@gmail.com

We offer a personal service, therefore it is recommended to contact us

previously by email, in order to know exactly your expectations and to
clarify any questions or doubts about the material to be treated.

As soon as we get the material we will study it and send back a quota-
tion.

Once the work has been accepted for both parts, we will carry it out,
and we will send you by email a digital sample with a watermark on it
for your approval.

PROCEDURE

As soon as we get your approval, you will have to carry out a

bank transfer to our account, or pay it by Pay Pal.

As soon as we receive the transfer, we will send back the physical

material by Post (contracting an insurance to the value of 50€)
together with the CD containing the pictures already treated. If
the material was digital, it will be sent back by internet,
(naturally free of charge).

- In case you don’t approve the sample we will send, the original
document will be erased (in case of a digital format). In case of a
physical material, it will be sent back to you and you will under-
take the cost of the sending.

- In case we don’t get a satisfactory result. The digital material

will be destroyed and the physical material will be sent back to
the owner. The cost of the sending will be shared by both parts.

Privacity. We commit ourselves not to market the digital material.

In case we were interested in hanging any picture as a sample of
our work in our blog, we will ALWAYS ask previously for permis-
sion to the owner, and we will NEVER hang any picture without
the corresponding authorization.
