Sub: Assessment for establishment of medical college and for renewal of permission and
also for increase of seats and its renewal for the Academic Session 2015-16.

Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that as per the decision of the Executive Committee at its meeting
held on 01.10.2014, the colleges which are expecting assessment for establishment of medical
college and for renewal of permission for the Academic Session 2015-16, are directed to keep the
Declaration Forms ready in proper bags rather than cardboard boxes.

It is further informed that Videography is mandatory during assessment and therefore

all the colleges are requested to make prior necessary arrangements for the same.
