IS DEATH DIFFERENT OF JUSTICE?

How would you feel if someone you love got raped or murdered? How would you feel if the
person who committed the crime was about to be set free after only few years in
prison? Every day we usually hear in the news that the amount of violent crimes around the
world increases. From an assault to a murder we can find a lot of violent crimes. No matter
which are the motivations a person have to commit a violent crime, when is done it must
have a sever punish.
Every person who commit a violent crime should condemned to the death penalty.

Some people could be disagree with death penalty because they argue that killing a man or a
woman that has committed a violent crime will violate human rights. And they may be right
but these people take the life of a person with any regret, destroying lives, families and
dreams. When they kill they dont have any consideration. With the death penalty allowed
murders would be aware and think twice before killing someone.
Another reason why death penalty should be allow is that people who commit violent crimes
are difficult to be rehabilitated and reinserted to live in society.
They are very dangerous when they life in society because you dont know in which moment
they are going to commit other heinous crime. And its a waste of resources having them in
prison for life if their end is going to be the same: death. So why dont accelerate that process?
And finally one of the strongest arguments to agree with death penalty is the retribution. The
person who murder, rape or do any violent crime should receive a punishment equivalent to
the crime committed, no matter if it is the death penalty. The popular phrase: "eye for an eye,
tooth for a tooth" when a person acts in a selfish way by doing a violent crime the equilibrium
of justice in the society got disturbed. If a person snatch away peace, liberty and lives from
any individual, the justice says that person should be also punish by taking away the same
things from him.
Everybody has its own point view about the death penalty, and often grows into a never
ending debate. You can find more and more reasons to support or to be against the death
penalty, I exposed my reasons and I hope people understand my position of supporting the
death penalty. Nobody would like to be victim of any of this criminals. Dont wait until that
happen. That is like removing ill from society.
