Marketing; Acts as elemental force for planning and driving business ahead

Educational Qualifications MBA /PGDM (Preferably Marketing)

Skills / Capabilities Leadership and Team Management, Communication verbal and written, Planning
and Organizing, Business Understanding, Patience, Needs to have customer
sensitivity, Cant be just number driven, Strong knowledge of Sales & Distribution

Experience (Type/Duration) Fresh MBA or relevant experience in the field of sales and marketing in FMCG /
FMCD sector
04 Roles & Responsibilities
Execute business plans and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals & profitability
Work with the team to deliver sales targets
Work with the Operations to set sales targets
Conduct regular Training programs with the team
Analyze competitor pricing and project development and report to management
Collect feedback from customers and work with quality management team on product
developments/improvement
Evaluate the customer service experience
Identify areas of customer improvement
Develop and execute strategy for customer acquisition marketing across multiple channels to deliver
on the Company's sales growth objectives
Ensure the effective integration of Online Media, Social Media, Print Media and Channel Partners into
marketing programs
Measure, analyze and report all results to ensure all activity meets agreed business requirements and
objectives, and ensure learning are captured for future initiatives
Ensure all campaigns adhere to compliance requirements and external regulations.
Prepare Board Reports for Marketing and Sales
Ensure accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports
Develop and manage annual marketing and sales budgets and forecasts
Work collaboratively with internal departments to build a collaborative and cooperative approach to
customer service
