C-Leg Series
The C-Leg Series is the foundation of Production Basics modular, ergonomic workstations. The rigid back frame is constructed of heavy
gauge steel tubing and robust channel.
Accessories attach to the channel using the Basic Nut and Basic Bolt. This allows for micro-adjustment of your accessories to the most
comfortable position.
Create cells and unique configurations using our station kits or components.Our modular double-sided frames and shared legs bring
you closer to an ergonomically sound facility that is ready to grow as your business grows.

General Information - C-Leg Series
Stock color on all C-Leg Stations is Blue with White standard laminate or Grey ESD laminate.
Other frame colors available upon request at no additional charge are Almond, White, Grey, and Black. See inside
back cover.
Other laminate colors available upon request at no additional charge are White, Beige and Grey.
Station kits include all necessary parts, hardware and instructions needed to assemble and finish the workstation.
Unless noted, worksurface depth (D) is always specified first in dimension notation. Station width (W) is specified
second.
Standard frame height is 64. For other frame heights, choose components independently.
Standard height adjustability range is 30-36 in 2 increments. 36-42 height adjustable legs are also available.
All metal workstation components are constructed of 12 or 14 gauge steel.
Workstation kits noted as ESD include ESD laminate.
Laminate worksurfaces are constructed of 1.25 thick industrial grade particle board. ESD laminate measures
within the static dissipative range of 106 to109 ohms to ground.
Workstations accommodate up to 24 of vertical drawer space. Under-surface accessories may reduce this range.
Most accessories are constructed of 11-20 gauge steel.
C-Leg Series workstations shipped KD (knocked down) and assembly is required unless otherwise specified by
customer.
C-Leg Series workstation weight capacity is 750 evenly distributed pounds.
Custom frame colors are available at an additional charge. Colors will be matched to a paint sample provided or
manufacturers paint number only.
Custom laminate colors are available at an additional charge. Call to discuss your options.

Accessorize your RTW Table in two ways: with a Riser Shelf or Uprights.
Install a Riser Shelf to support instruments and equipment above the worksurface. This is a simple way to provide additional
workspace and storage. The Riser Shelf is available with ESD laminate and can be integrated with power outlets.
You may also choose Uprights, which are secured to the back of the RTW Table. Uprights are constructed of robust channel, similar
to our signature C-Leg Series frames. Accessories are attached using the Basic Nut and Bolt, allowing for micro-adjustment of your

Custom Options are non-standard workstation and related products designed and manufactured to customer
specifications.
Engineering drawings of custom items may be available upon request.
Specifications for custom items must be approved by the customer before manufacture.
All sales on custom items are final. Return Merchandise Authorizations are not issued for custom items.

The core of this custom station is our dual-leg Hand Crank Adjustable Table. This station is suitable for
drafting, wire harness assembly and any application where close inspection is necessary. It virtually eliminates
Ergonomic Tilt bending, stretching and lifting, reducing operator fatigue and the risk of back injuries. The station is
ergonomically designed with hydraulic height adjustment from 30 to 42 inches, to adapt to both sitting
Station and standing tasks. Smooth crank action ensures precise positioning with little effort. Worksurface is
micro-adjustable to a 30 degree angle tilt and includes a slide guard to prevent items from falling to the floor.
This specialized table has several features that move you towards ergonomic wire harness assembly. The
table starts with height-adjustable support legs. The operator also uses a hand crank to tilt the angle of the
surface for harness assembly. Instead of a solid surface, the work platform is a grid of small channels with
Harness Board security clamps. This channel and clamp feature accommodates a variety of board sizes and allows for the
Table most ergonomic placement of the harness board. Other features include a clamp-lip that secures the board
and is adjustable based on the thickness of the board. The table can include leveling feet for stationary
positioning or casters for mobility.
Use this station when you need ample room for product testing, team projects, large format paper plans,
Engineering product design, test or analysis. A special hinged leaf with removable post leg provides extra workspace when
needed, but can be easily stowed when not in use. It makes full use of corner space and includes integrated
Station shelves for storage and multiple power sources for easy electrical access, especially for equipment testing. Tack
Board enclosure provides functional storage along with privacy and sound absorption.
Establishing a dedicated space for multi-tasking operators encourages concentration and organization.
Facing C-Leg Stations each include appropriate accessories and work as independent modules for research,
Productivity Cove testing or production tasks. The C-Leg Stations are joined by an ergonomically curved worksurface that
eliminates hard to reach corners.
Using our standard workstation components and a little imagination, you can create a workstation that helps
you through your workday. This corner add-on station provides excellent front clearance by using wide
Custom Add-on standard frames and a custom-cut worksurface. The back frames are also shorter which work best in
Stations facilities with low ceilings, to create a feeling of more headroom and reduce shadows. A shorter frame can
also be helpful when supervision is important.
Printers perched on the edge of shelves? Half used reams of paper scatted about? Tools spread about and
not returned to the original place? You'll never see it again if you use our custom Mobile Work Stand. Now
Mobile Work you can finally give shared equipment a protected and organized storage area. Integrated casters let you place
Stand the work stand where you need it most; shelving and locking drawers keep your items secure. Laminate
worksurfaces are durable to withstand factory life, but can also be designed with a Stainless Steel, Maple or
Phenolic Resin worksurface.

This station improves product accessibility and assists with inventory management. Using gravity flow
conveyor, product can be presented for maximum operator convenience. The Flow Rack can be added to a
Flow Rack C-Leg station or other work table. Using adjustable joiner brackets the depth of the flow rack can be
modified to suit each application.

The growth of cell manufacturing has led to a demand for setting up efficient workstation groups. This has
improved production flow, reduced product handling and encouraged solid ergonomic practices. Each
Box Build configuration can be set up using our standard or custom workstation components to meet the requirements
Configuration of the specific application. This includes the use of surface mounted pneumatic pop up balls and skate wheels
which facilitate easier product handling within an operators work area and from one station to another.
This configuration is an efficient combination of height adjustability, storage accessories, material handling
and mobility. A hand-crank height adjustable work table accommodates several operators and shifts. Storage
Fulfillment above and below the main work area keeps necessary materials handy, while the worksurface stays clutter
Center free and organized. This configuration can be easily paired with an existing or new conveyor system.
Integrated with heavy-duty casters, the Fulfillment Center moves with you during process changes.
We created a Tote Cart with a storage drawer to accommodate your standard tote boxes. Use the Tote Cart for
commonly used items at your work area or to transport product or materials. The storage drawer is constructed
Tote Cart of metal and supported by ball bearing drawer slides. Tote slides can be adjusted to support various tote sizes.
Mobility options include 2 casters or heavy-duty 4 casters depending on your application.
Our Laboratory Workstation features a Phenolic Resin worksurface and accessories to help organize your lab
Laboratory area. This particular lab bench features an RTW Table with Pedestal Drawers, sound absorbing Tack Board,
Laminate Shelving and Overhead Lighting. You can also choose a C-Leg Series workbench and add
Workstation accessories and workstations appropriate for your laboratory. Specialized cabinet and shelving can also be
designed to organized and secure paperwork, equipment and glassware.
Maintain your clean room requirements with our Portable Clean Hood. The free-standing hood allows
Portable Clean you to create a portable filtered air workspace. The Clean Hood rolls behind your workstation and encloses
Hood the area with vinyl curtains. The top frame of the clean hood has a cutout to accommodate overhead fan or
filter units.

Colors
Unless otherwise noted, standard frame color is Blue. Other colors available are Grey, White, Almond, and Black.
Standard worksurfaces are White and ESD worksurfaces are Grey. Other colors available are ESD White, Beige, and Grey.
Optional color schemes are available and must be specified at the time of order.
Special Orders/Custom Options

All items listed in this Product Specifier are standard. Any variation to these standard items, including frame or laminate color,
must be special ordered. Please consult with us about your requirements.
Orders and Cancellations

All orders must be placed through a Production Basics authorized distributor. Verbal purchase orders are not accepted.
Changes and cancellations are not accepted after an order is placed with Production Basics. For assistance with your
workstation choices prior to placing an order, call Production Basics or your authorized distributor.
Product Improvements
Production Basics reserves the right to change the details of design, material and finish in any way that will not reduce
function or performance.
Discontinued Products
Product specifications and images featured in this Product Specifier are available at the time of printing. Production Basics
reserves the right to discontinue products at any time for any reason.
Returns
NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WITHOUT PRODUCTION BASICS PRIOR APPROVAL.
Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) must be requested by the customer within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise.
Returned goods must be sent freight prepaid within 30 days of the issuance of an RMA. Returns will be subject to a 25%
restocking charge. RMAs are NOT issued for custom products.
Shortages and Damages

Upon receipt of product, check against bill of lading for correct number of pieces and inspect for obvious damage before
signing delivery receipt. Shortages, errors and damage must be reported to Production Basics within ten (10) days of invoice
date. Any damage claims must be filed with carriers immediately upon receipt. Do not destroy packaging materials; they must
be available for inspection by the carrier. Production Basics will cooperate fully with the purchaser on filed claims.
Coverage
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in mechanical or structural parts.
Duration
This warranty lasts ten (10) years from the original date of purchase.
Our Responsibility
Production Basics, Inc. will within ten (10) years of the original date of purchase replace or repair the item without any cost
for parts.
What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage by misuse, accident, unauthorized repair or modification. Also, consequential and
incidental damages (including but not limited to: lost profits, lost sales and injury to property) are not recoverable under this
warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation
or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty is the exclusive express warranty and any representations or promises
inconsistent with, or in addition to, this warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding on Production Basics, Inc. Finally,
THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE
LIMITED IN DURATION FOR A PERIOD OF TEN YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE BY THE
ORIGINAL CONSUMER. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitation
or exclusion may not apply to you.
Service
To obtain repair or replacement under this warranty, you must contact Production Basics, Inc., informing us of the defect.
