Case Study 2
Objective:

The aim of this case is to have an understanding of some companies


problems encountered in the sales, services, or marketing activities and
how the management overcomes such problems by adopting a strategy
to implement one of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
technologies available in the market. You will investigate the
implementation of the selected tool in one of the listed companies of
your choice

You will work individually to complete the case. The deadline for
submitting the assignment is mentioned above.

Submission:

Produce a neatly written report using MS Word. Include your name, ID


number, and college name. Submit the report to your instructor as
mentioned in the cover sheet. The report should be submitted on 9th of
October 2016. Please note that there is not strict rule on the number of
words the report should contain.
