A POLICE CHIEF INSPECTOR JESILLE CUI BALUYOT, 32 years old, Single, a Medico Legal
Officer currently assigned at Manila Police District Crime Laboratory at U.N. Avenue.

PROSECUTOR
The testimony of the witness apart from the fact that there were stipulations have made
with the defense that she is a Doctor by profession, she conducted an autopsy report on
the cadaver of Ricardo Dalisay, she would only determine whether or what caused the
stab wounds to the thorax.

DIRECT EXAMINATION OF PROSECUTOR

Q Madam Witness, there were already stipulations made a while ago conducted an autopsy
on the cadaver of Ricardo Dalisay upon requested of Liana Dalisay, is that correct?

A Yes, Sir.

Q After due examination of the physical as well as the internal examination of the cadaver
you came to the conclusion that the cause of death of the victim is a gunshot wound to
the thorax?

A Yes, Sir.

Q Would you know, as an expert what could be the cause of gunshot wound to the thorax
of the victim?

A There is a gunshot wound to the thorax and based on the appearance of the wound,
there is a smooth edge it appears to be a clean and smooth edge wound usually cause by
a gun.

Q How many gunshot wounds were there?

A There are three (3), Sir.

Q Can you tell this Honorable Court what could have been the cause of gunshot wound
that cause the immediate death of Ricardo Dalisay?

A The stab wound hit the vital organ in the left part of the body, the left lung and the
heart, Sir, which are very vital organs of our body.

Q And what could been the cause of the death?

A Yes, Sir.

ORDER

During todays setting, in lieu of the testimony of the examining physician Police Chief Inspector
Jesille Cui Baluyot of the Crime Laboratory of Manila Police District, the following stipulations were
made by the public prosecutor and defense counsel:

1. That Police Chief Inspector Jesille Cui Baluyot was physician assigned at the Manila Police
District Crime Laboratory Section;
2. That Dra. Baluyot conducted an autopsy on the cadaver of Ricardo Dalisay to determine the
cause of death;
3. That after conducting autopsy she made a conclusion that the cause of death was gunshot
wound to the thorax;
4. That Dra. Baluyot has no personal knowledge on the commission of the crime;
5. That it was Liana Dalisay who requested for an autopsy report as evidenced by a letter dated
January 1, 2012, as well as the certification consent signed by Liana Dalisay; and
6. That Dra. Baluyot prepared the documents such as the Anatomical Sketch as well as Medico
Legal Report No. M.2012-229 as well as the death certificate;

Thereafter, the public prosecutor marked the following documentary exhibits.

The last witness for the prosecution will be the widow of the deceased Ricardo Dalisay.
