November 2009. While the hydrostatic pressure at 381 meter
is around 38 bar (551 psi). The suspected leaking zone is
located at 381 meter from previous sample catcher running on
11 November 2009. When pumping, check WHP if increase
gradually back to first pumping rate (0.5 lt/s)
Based on
daily drilling report data the FIT (formation integrity test) on
this zone is 12.5 ppg (pound per gallon).
The maximum allowable shut-in pressure (MASP) @ 381
meter (1250 ft) = 12.5 ppg x 0.052 x 1250 = 813 psi (56 bar,
and it is still safe!
-In case of emergency (underground blow out) follow the
SOP-101 (Production well shut in to bleed condition) to
reduce pressure. Standby operator for LOTO at well location,
Stancby mechanic persons,
