EXECUTIVE ORDER #1

AN ORDER TO ENFORCE CONSCRIPTION IN THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA

I, Benjamin Reagan, President of the Republic of Lithuania, by virtue of the power vested in me, do
hereby ordain:

SECTION I: Role of Citizens. All male citizens of Lithuania not serving in public office, will
be required to enlist in the Lithuanian Armed Forces as a recruit and attended training.

SECTION II: War or Conflict: In a time of law, all citizens enlisted in the LAF, alongside
every other soldier, shall be expected to fight. Those who may not be as able in conflict will fight
alongside the Border Guards in protecting the state from enemy attack, or they may partake in
non-combat activity.

SECTION III: Refusal to Enlist or Partake in Combat: If an individual is to refuse to 3nlist

or take part in combat, without reason, they shall be prosecuted in front of the Constitutional
Court for Treason.

SECTION IV: The Role of Women: Lithuanian Women do not need to Enlist as part of this
Order, however, if a woman does, she has the right to and no law will prevent her from doing so.
No law will be enabled or enacted into law that forces a woman of Lithuania to enlist in the
Lithuanian Armed Forces or take part in combat activities.

SECTION III: Effectively. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
