Memory Lane specializes in explosion box customization and retails journals. Our explosion boxes will
be made accordingly to a specific pattern developed by our production manager in our stores facilities.
The journals will be ordered in a monthly basis or until supplies last.

We aim to continually improve our method and design of our products. We will also be

Location

The proposed location for the first Memory Lane store will be located at the commercial
district in Iligan City. Clients will enter a public area, with enough space for our
customers to move quite freely, sample of our explosion boxes and journals will be found
around the room. The store will be located on high traffic commuter route in order to
catch customers going to and from work or school. The business will operate from
Monday to Friday, starting from 9 am till 6 pm. The store will be 100 square ft. situated
at Fr. Burgos Street, Iligan City.

Personnel

Personnel will handle the store and entertain the clients; production team consisting of 10
people will be responsible for hand crafted explosion box. The employees will be paid
monthly based on worked hours. The team will also be attending trainings and workshops
to further enhance their knowledge and skills.
Inventory

Lead time for ordering, production, shipping and receiving is expected to be two weeks
although this will depend on sales volume and product demand during the first year of
business. This lead time will be reviewed constantly and altered in accordance with
company expansion and season demands.
