The Grand Jurors of the Commonwealth of Virginia, in and for the body of the County of

Fairfax, and now attending the said Court at its September Term, 2017, charges that: On or about

the 18th day of June, 2017, in the County of Fairfax, Darwin Martinez Torres did feloniously,

willfully, deliberately, and with premeditation kill and murder Nabra Hassanen in the commission

of abduction with the intent to defile the aforesaid Nabra Hassanen.

The Grand Jurors of the Commonwealth of Virginia, in and for the body of the County of

Fairfax, and now attending the said Court at its September Term, 2017, charges that: On or about

the 18th day of June, 2017, in the County of Fairfax, Darwin Martinez Torres did feloniously

abduct Nabra Hassanen with the intent to defile.

COUNT III

Fairfax, and now attending the said Court at its September Term, 2017, charges that: On or about

the 18th day of June, 2017, in the County of Fairfax, Darwin Martinez Torres did feloniously,

willfully, deliberately, and with premeditation kill and murder Nabra Hassanen in the commission

of, or subsequent to, rape or attempted rape.

Fairfax, and now attending the said Court at its September Term, 2017, charges that: On or about

the 18th day of June, 2017, in the County of Loudoun, Darwin Martinez Torres did feloniously

rape Nabra Hassanen after having transported Nabra Hassanen through Fairfax County.

COUNT V

The Grand Jurors of the Commonwealth of Virginia, in and for the body of the County of

Fairfax, and now attending the said Court at its September Term, 2017, charges that: On or about

the 18th day of June, 2017, in the County of Fairfax, Darwin Martinez Torres did feloniously,

willfully, deliberately, and with premeditation kill and murder Nabra Hassanen in the commission

of, or subsequent to, object sexual penetration; to wit: labia majora.

Fairfax, and now attending the said Court at its September Term, 2017, charges that: On or about

the 18th day of June, 2017, in the County of Loudoun, Darwin Martinez Torres did feloniously
penetrate the labia majora of Nabra Hassanen with an object other than for a bona fide medical

purpose, against her will, by force, threat, or intimidation, or through the use of her mental

incapacity or physical helplessness after having transported Nabra Hassanen through Fairfax

County.

COUNT VII

The Grand Jurors of the Commonwealth of Virginia, in and for the body of the County of

Fairfax, and now attending the said Court at its September Term, 2017, charges that: On or about

the 18th day of June, 2017, in the County of Fairfax, Darwin Martinez Torres did feloniously,

willfully, deliberately, and with premeditation kill and murder Nabra Hassanen in the commission

of, or subsequent to, object sexual penetration; to wit: anus.

penetrate the anus of Nabra Hassanen with an object other than for a bona fide medical purpose,

against her will, by force, threat, or intimidation, or through the use of her mental incapacity or
physical helplessness after having transported Nabra Hassanen through Fairfax County.
