ORDER:

In the G.O. 1st read above, Government after accepting the recommendations of the
PRC, 1999, have issued orders directing that the scheme of reimbursement of tuition fee for the
children of N.G.Os. be enhanced from the existing rate of Rs.200/- to Rs.300/- per pupil per
annum, uniformally for all the Classes I to X, for those N.G.Os. who are in the revised scale of
pay of Rs.5,000-10,600 and below, subject to the condition that the scheme should be limited to
two children of the employee.

2. Government, after accepting the recommendations of the P.R.C. 2005, hereby direct that
the scheme of reimbursement of tuition fee for the children of Non-Gazetted Officer's be
enhanced from the existing rate of Rs.300/- to Rs.400/- per pupil per annum, uniformally for all
the classes I to X, for those N.G.Os. who are in the revised scale of pay of Rs.7,770-17,455 and
below, subject to the condition that the scheme should be limited to two children of the employee.

3. The enhancement of the above fees shall apply only where the reimbursement of fee
earlier fixed is Rs.300/- only. In respect of other categories the previous orders issued by
Government fixing the reimbursement of Rs.65/- and Rs.70/- remains the same.

4. The concession of the reimbursement granted in para-2 above shall come into force with
effect from the academic year 2005-06.

5. All the Departments of Secretariat and all the Heads of Departments are requested to
provide additional funds with reference to para-2 above under the relevant Heads of Account
under their control either by re-appropriation or by obtaining supplementary grant at the
appropriate time during the current financial year i.e. 2005-06.

6. The order issued with the concurrence of Finance (PC-I) Department vide their
U.O.No.24155/591/A1/PC-I/05, dated: 14-9-2005.
