Time management so good

Managing student wellbeing and behaviour

High level of respect between Aimee and the students and the students and Aimee
Counting down from 10 for all to be on the floor not all made it so said would start
Treating the students as young adults. Middle Schooling methodologies being used to a
high level
Directed others to read the sheet while waiting for other about 5 and then asked them to
bring sheets with them
Why questions well used, connections made to other learning ( Glossary of Words) to
support this learning
At 1 hour mark noise level was lowered easily
General Comments and focus for next lesson:
A few things:
In the students presentations how many Power Point screens do you expect ?
A different way than lining up to tell you their disaster eg write name and disaster on a
piece of paper and you type up later so learning time isnt wasted
A group at the back wasting time and a couple of girls while you were on laptop and
before you arrived there giving a hand out go to back first next time and work forwards
as discussed
Asking questions of those without their hands up
Differentiation to be a focus now in some areas

Aimee I look forward to observing your next lesson in Week 6.
