Curtin Villa is another of Curtin Sarawak's student housing areas. It is


located 3 kilometres from campus and consists of 60 terrace-type
houses. Its features include:
? 24-hour security and surveillance cameras.
? Location opposite a supermarket and eating outlets.
? Consists of intermediate units for 8 residents with 6 bedrooms, 4
bathrooms, two kitchens and a living cum dining room, and corner
units for 5 residents with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a
living cum dining room.
? Each house is fully furnished with beds, wardrobes, study tables and

cooking stove, refrigerator and air-conditioning.
? Each unit has a two-car garage and security grilles on all windows.
? Rental is inclusive of the cost of electricity and water charges up to a
maximum of RM37.50 per resident per month. Residents are required
