Terrence Pringle, a single man aged 42 lived at apartment LA, 296 Stewart Street in
Peterborough, Ontario. The apartment was partly underground. He anc ope 2
were strangers to one another.
On the 26" of November, 2016 at around 1:30am, officers were dispatched to this
address in regard to an unconscious male covered in blood. Ambulance and fire
department personnel were also dispatched. PC Burns was the first officer on scene. He
observed Terrence Pringle, lying in a recovery style position on the floor. His head area
was covered in blood. There were no vital signs present
The 911 call had been placed by Samantha Hall. Both she and another male had
entered the apartment just prior to the call and observed the deceased, Mr. Pringle
The investigation began immediately and interviews with the police
commenced. Samantha Hall eventually admitted to police that on November 25", che
contacted a number of people stating that Terrence Pringle needed to be dealt with as
he had been telling people that she was dealing drugs for the Outlaws. Samantha Hall
wanted Mr. Pringle assaulted so that he would stop talking about her. In payment for
Mr. Pringle being assaulted, she was to give a 60 piece of coke. TaNamgM—AMR 2
young person, was made aware that she had spoken to \MNagNBIME, an adult, about
what she wanted to happen to Mr. Pringle.

that Mr. Pringle had been assaulted.
When they got to the building, they knocked several times but no one
answered. entered the apartment via an
open window. tHied to film the event as he was trying to climb through the
window behind them. His position is that he never got his body entirely into the
apartment.

Mr. Pringle, he died as a result of blunt force injuries to the head and chest. By acting in
