AFFIDAVIT OF CONTEST/PROTEST

I, MARIO AMBACAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with residence

and postal address at Bahong, La Trinidad, Benguet, after having been sworn
to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. The motor vehicle owned by the undersigned was apprehended last

September 25, 2017 along Kennon Road for alleged colorum violation,
hence this affidavit protest;

2. On the said date, the undersigned owner, who was also the driver, while
eating in Saitan, Rosario, La Union,

3. The said van carried six (6) passengers consisting of prospective buyers
of a parcel of land

4. We attest to the fact that MARY JOY MULA CRUZ and MARY JOY
BAUTISTA MULA CRUZ refer to one and the same person;

5. We know of the foregoing fact because MARY JOY MULA CRUZ is our
town-mate and personal acquaintance for a considerable length of time;

6. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts and for all intents and purposes it may serve.
