ORDER

Atty. Lylani A. Gitgano filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for the

accused with conformity of the accused Robert Gedaro y Llanto alias Botdoy on
reason that the accused opts to avail the legal services of a private counsel.

Finding merit, the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for the accused is

hereby granted.

WHEREFORE, the representation of Atty. Lylani A. Gitgano as counsel for

the accused Robert Gedaro y Lanto alias Botdoy is hereby considered
withdrawn and counsel is relieved from all obligations of the said accused.

Relatively, accused Robert Gedaro y Lanto alias Botdoy is hereby

directed to secure services of another lawyer to represent him in all remaining
proceedings in this case.
