One of the largest problems with health is correct storage of food.

Luckily, in todays society most things come in a

vacuum-sealed container or bag so this makes things general easy for us. However, nature has always maintained certain
principals that were not violated until the recent advent of things like factory farming and products being shipped around the
globe. Unless we re-calibrate ourselves with the true knowledge of how to avoid the putrification of our food (which, once
you know how this works its really more often than not) we cannot claim to be adhering to real concepts of health. I was
lucky enough to practically stumble upon these solutions and they are now penultimate principals which I use every day to
make sure I feel my best. Which is really important, because the better you feel, the better you are at doing all things in
your life. [if you just want the tips, skip to the bullet-point section]

Anyway, here's my synopsis on food storage which is very important.

Initially, there were farmer's markets. Literally everything I would eat would come from them because they were fresh off
the plant, delicious (if you like eating almost exclusively produce), and free of any toxic pesticides. It worked well for a
while, but I realized it wasnt feasible for most people not only because it was more expensive than normal food by the
calorie (did I ever mention that more calories just = more nutrional content? Well yeah, thats the way it works. Calorie
counting is the devil), had strict times you could buy it at, and furthermore it just took way more effort for farmers to work
this way than in todays farms where one person can easily harvest enough for hundreds and hundreds of people. I always
imagined creating a world system that worked primarily for our health and to that end whatever price to pay was worth it. If
you really understood what I had experienced when it comes to the effects of healthful eating you would probably feel the
same way but no one was as inquisitive as I was when it came to better living through health. But I eventually realized that
a lot of perceptions I had acquired from even the alternative health industry were wrong. ANY food could be good for you
even the dreaded sugar cane which I would occasionally buy from the market straight and cut open at home to strain the
juices out of (way more delicious than anything store-bought but requiring a lot of effort). Not only that, but as long as a
food was organic (and not pseudo-organic like many brands are with natural pesticides) it was just as good as anything
from the farmers marketexcept for the fact that farmers markets foods were fresh. There were still a lot of problems I
ran into like having organic clothes; even the seats on the bus would bother me because they were obviously made of some
kind of synthetic polyester material.

Something changed for me at some point. I really have no explanation why or how it did happen but this was undeniably
the case for me, having been extremely sensitive to negative stimuli from unhealthful/synthetic things in the environment
and food my whole life. It all vanished, in one night and really the only explanation I can offer is that this was some kind of
divinely-endowed miracle. Literally like a switch turning off, and everything that I had worried about before was fine.
Now, I knew I wasnt just deluding myself because certain principals that could not have been changed like any slight
putrification of food effecting my digesetion were still present. It was as if someone had somehow taken every principal id
thought of about how food ought to be made and applied it. Until something says otherwise, I can only say that God did it.
Im not one to go to church or anything (in fact, youll see from my other documents id be quite opposed to the notion
because my definition of God is not the same as the traditional Christian definition) but it wasnt actually the biggest
surprise to me because I would spend almost every day constantly praying for my solutions to world problems to gain
acceptance (again, this is not your grand-dads version of prayer. At all. Or even slightly). All I can say is that the quality
of my life is increased way beyond what it was before this happened and that I enjoy the fruits of society as they are meant
to be enjoyed and I am highly grateful to whatever force conspired this change.

But really, my problems do remain the samenamely that people want to subject themselves to a politically-correct version
of hell rather than re-adopt new ideas that are actually in-tune with the way nature works. Its rather like this, anyway

I mean, I can offer some simple proofs of my theories. I dont think its terribly important that I can...read this bit about
Buddhism from wikipedia--

Early Buddhism was based on >>empirical evidence<< gained by the sense organs (ayatana)[3] and the Buddha seems to
have retained a skeptical distance from certain metaphysical questions, refusing to answer them because they were not
conducive to liberation but led instead to further speculation.

See, this is a problem. We are just wasting our time on speculation whether its true or false. Its not useful because what
we COULD be doing is actually enjoying the fruit for all it is! But anyway, I have just a few things. 1) toothpaste can be
swallowed without any negative effects if you do so only immediately after breaking the seal. I have done this myself
without any doubt in my mind that it would pan out fine. 2) As anyone knows, milk can be very nauseating if left out for a
long time. Well, thanks for BRF jars (these kindBormioli Rocco Fido) I demonstrated to myself that I could leave milk
out long past the point most people would consider it edible. 12 hours I allowed it to sit and though its taste was rank in a
way like cat food, there was not a single negative symptom to be reported. This is a common theme in my observations
thoughthat the taste of a thing cannot in any way be tied to the healthfulness of it (except inthat health is actually =
general satisfaction). I did have my doubts before, but now I know that as long as I store anything properly, it can be
consumed without fear of bad taste (notice: it may have been unwise to me to not drink the milk in proximity to the futon,
for reasons outlined below). 3) There was an instance where I consumed a sugar cane bud. It is a small little wart-like
thing on the barky outside of the cane. I was unknowing at the time, it actually turned out I was going to go on a
psychedelic trip unlike anything I could have imagined. I cant describe what happened to you, sadly, because its meanings
were etheric and not meant to be understood. Though my memory is forever imbued with this wisdom as it was at the time.
The important part is when I tried to do it again later with an older-looking sugar cane, it did not work. I consumed 3 of
them, but because either it was too old or the warts were pierced for their original shell-like protection, nothing at all came
of it. Furthermore, this should be an incredibly astute observation and discovery herenot only that a common plant can
produce psychedelic effects, but that it only works where it is stored properly by the plants natural immune system and
fresh. 4) Upon buying some persimmons from a local market once, I saw that a few of the larger variety had a few small
tears in the skin. Now, if you dont know persimmons, they are INTENSE sweet. Moreso than anything I know. This
would mean that it would be subjected quickly to putrification and lo and behold I was able to witness a tangible example of
what usually only occurs at the bacterial levelsmall larva had begun to grow on the plant in between the time I bought it
and the time I got home. If I had the foresight to know it was this serious, I could have simply but them in a tight-sleaing
plastic container.

So anyway, lets get into how this works. Basically there is one principal that is responsible for all the misunderstandings in
the world of healththe better it is for you, the quicker it goes bad IE putrifies. Milk is actually one of the best things for
you but ofc this is going backwards for most people so you get things like lactose intolerance and symptoms like bloating
diarrhea etc. See, I witness how this works for myself all the timethe longer you leave something open the more it
becomes putrid and is prone to developing bacteria. Depending on what it is, seconds can make a difference or youd really
only witness it after leaving it out for awhile. Now, this is a natural phenomena that things should decaymilk should
expect to go instantly into the mouth of the calf. Sugar is stored in a hard stalk with a bark exterior. Meat, wellthats
obvious. This principal even applies to drugs, because all synthetically-derived things originally hail from natural sources.

So basically, let me reiterate, the problem with health today has nothing to do with whether you have too much fat or sugar,
or if youre getting your leafy greens, or whether or not you take prescription meds. It has to do with meeting your desires
while making sure to maintain the freshness of whatever you intake. Let me into more detail for how we can deal with each
individual thing you intake and which methods work best.
-first off, you have to understand that that second you open something, it begins to putrify. Now, whether seconds matter or
not is dependent on what it is youre opening. So heres a list of everything you should be aware of.
-canned goods/vacuum-sealed food: these are fine to just eat as your normal pace without worrying, even if they
are expired. Thats another important observationunless you notice the taste has changed an expiration date does not
mean anything other than it will once opened putrify only marginally faster than usual. But your stomach may find mild
upsets if you wait too long to eat these once theyre open. If im eating a particularly large bag of chips I might go and stash
half of them in a ziplock bag right away. Another observation herewhen I say ziplock bags, I literally mean the ones with
zippers. The finger-sealed ones are significantly less useful for preventing decay over time. The more things that are out in
the open more and the longer you let it sit, the less happy your stomach becomes. This may or may not be significant,
depending on your own experience.
-meats: always try to keep these frozen until it is time to eat them. If you are thawing them pre-cooking, use a
ziplock bag. Or if youre just heating out of frozen state, perfect. Nothing to worry about. One important observation here:
the difference between fresh meats and frozen meats. Once cooked, the fresh ones will not display any significant
putrification while eating, but the frozen kind will. But again, it is not significant unless you leave it out for a while
untouched.
-medical drugs: if you have any prescriptions always keep them sealed in a small BRF jar. Even having these jars
open for a few seconds can decrease their healthiness. If no storage methods are used at all they decay significantly even if
no visible change is made. Again, I have an observation: any time you are storing something that is not frozen, the ONLY
way to keep it absolutely clear of any putrification is a BRF jar. This is the complex/annoying part for many people--
anything that is useful to your body (except salt/water) is subject to decay unless you store them properly. A ziplock bag
will help a lot, and its even better if you keep that in the fridge, but a BRF jar is the most ideal state and things that do not
normally need fridge storage will be perfectly kept in these without refrigeration.
~There is no actual difference between illegal and legal OTC drugs except STORAGE and POTENCY. Certain
drugs are only particularly dangerous because they are synthetically derived which means they have very little of the
original immune system from whatever natural source they are derived from (the sort of things which would naturally
decay and lead you not to consume the compound in particular). Basically, working in the same way that smoking
cigarettes would give you nausea before it could possibly kill you. But with a chemical extract? Theres none of that just
straight to bloodstream and one mis-measurement will kill you. But if I may also mention...do not mistake symptoms of
potential bad storage practices with an indication of something that should be changed in your life. Sometimes drugs work
that way...Timothy Leery was a brilliant man so remember--set and setting. But also then, take it further and say set and
setting AND storage. In a perfect world, wed realize that all drugs have both recreational and therapeutic uses and that in
reality there is no difference between the two. Mathematically, anyway. One is being not low and the other is being
high. O N E Way...
-fresh produce: vegetables and fruit are a little different (btw worth noting is any pre-cooked vegetables go bad
once opened just as much as anything else canned). Fruit will ofc decay quickly once you remove the layer of skin.
Vegetables (ANYTHING WITH A PROTECTIVE SKIN IS A FRUIT except garlic and onions and ginger/turmeric and
potatoes) will be fine without anything but refrigeration for as long as it takes them to visibly decay. There is only a slight
variance in how your stomach will handle it until it hits that point. Neither of these things need jars or bags or anything
until opened. Oh, unless you cook the vegetables. After that, yeah they need storage if you dont finish.
-oils/essential oils: both of these things should be stored in BRF jars immediately after opening. They may retain
taste/smell for a long while is not but they do acquire bad bacteria. Essential oil is so sensitive and ephemeral that even the
amount of time it takes to pour into the jar has an effect on how well it will be processed by your body (for the futon
solution to this issue keep reading). One of the positive things here though is that if you do employ the futon presence
these will always give benefits if put onto your skin for absorption (but eating them would be taxing on your stomach
enzymes).
-milk: super-sensitive to air, especially if its a large container (worth noting is the more food opened (say a gallon)
at once the more putrification it will acquire over time). I always pour this in presence to the futon. If your stomach is
sensitive even a few seconds otherwise can make a big difference and has even made me throw up before I knew better (I
didnt expect it to be so fast, okay?). BTW: pro-tip on any beverages that come in jars is you can put your mouth over them
to keep any air from entering. This is perfect for soda if you can drink it all in one sitting.
-juices from the fridge: these you dont have to worry about time exposed to air while eating. They are more
sensitive hence their need to be chilled. You can drink these for even months after opening if BRF jars are employed.
-other juices/soda: these will decay very quickly upon opening. Seconds count for your stomach. It may seem
absurd or inconvenient to worry this way but that is the price you pay for having it pre-processed into that form and not
keeping it chilled.
-foodstuff, general: the best way to keep things fresh that dont normally go in jars is to get a big gallon one
(which is like $5 at wal-mart) and if youre eating lets say, pumpkin seeds, put the seeds in a small bag then put the bag in a
jar. That way its easy access and still perfectly stored. If thats too much for you, just a zip-lock bag will help a lot.
-supplements: treat these the same way as medications with small BRF jars but they are effectively the same
sensitivity as any vacuumed-sealed food. Also, seasonings should be treated this way for ideal nutrional aptitude (not
including salt).
-juices from concentrate: I want to include this because I like these a lot personally for loads of fast nutrition
(much better/easier than any non-refrigerated juices (and juices are btw the healthiest thing for you and a huge staple of my
diet at all times)). These will putrify/decay ALMOST INSTANTLY upon opening so just chug them straight and quick to
get maximum energy efficiency from these power-packed beverages. You should feel awesome afterward.
-extra note: certain things have plateaus whereby they will not significantly decay beyond a certain point.
Crystallized sugar and honey are examples of this. But because people arent aware of the issue in the first place, they think
these things are fine. Oils of all kinds kinda do this as well but then they also hit a point of significant post-decay where
they lose flavors and such.
-and yes, you need to store honey in the BRF jars. Not so easy to use that way, I know so crystallized sugar is a
good option which you can also put in the jars for ideal storage. Same goes for syrups. Its a bit of a hassle but hey, that
stuff is dense. You know how much work a tree puts into that? A lot. So...if you want perfection, gotta make a few
sacrifices.
-you know preservatives? They work...to preserve things. Are they good for you? NO, but so is decay. So the basic
premise isdo what you can to avoid them but only if you have plans to actually do it right. Otherwise, there will be a net
gain for you from using them.
-finding good wheat is very hard. It should be fresh-ground or come from air-tight storage. The problem is in the storage
methodever since people began pre-slicing bread, it has been worse for you because the crust is the protective layer.
Remember, just cause you can't see or taste it doesn't mean it's not there. (fresh from bakery is okay)
-small pro-tip: I talk about this concept in another document but one thing I should include that is relevant to this part is
that if you are eating say, some organic jelly beans/confections, then always eat them in larger amount rather than one at a
time. Processed sugar is pretty sensitive to decay after all, so better to eat it quick. You may think that you get more taste
from eating things slowly and enjoy each individual piece/bite (and this is also a general rule), but this is
actually...misguided and wrong. I mean, chewing your food long enough is good but eating itsy bitsy bites is just gonna
waste your precious time.
-Pro-tip: if you (like me) always employ the futon solution, then your BRF jars actually never need cleaning. I am dead
serious. All youll have left in there once its emptied is a pro-biotic network.
-BTW, the reason these jars are so effective is because if you listen closely when you open one the sound of air being
released is like when you open a carbonated drink. This shows they are an air-tight seal, which most containers are not.
-Anyway, just wanna say that none of this would not be the case if you literally ate food off the tree/vine/etc, because air
exposure to moisture makes food susceptible to all kinds of pathogens. But we do have the great convenience today of
storing things for shipment and later consumption so its a simple modification to make amends with the natural way of
eating weve been doing for thousands of years.

Okay, now lets get to the futon solution. I promise you, you will think this is too woo-woo but my finding it was a
complete accident and I swear upon it.

First off, I think this at least proves im not crazy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IbiXc5cUVus#t=02m18s

if an onion does that, what might cotton do? Hmmm?

So im somewhat a perfectionist. But im also just lazy. I like to keep all my sensitive small-jar items right near my 100%
cotton futon. The main idea is this (and no, I have no idea how this works it just does): if you put anything that you would
normally put in your body in/on/nearby the futon (depending on what it is and what you want) it will actually be exempt
from harmful bacterial decay. And it works absolutely without fault or even a slight give in efficacy (assuming whatever it
is is close enough but I often find it goes farther than I expect it can). Now, it can lose efficacy. It can of course lose flavor.
But it cannot become harmful (only less good). Like, if you could graph an harmful aspects and beneficial aspects
harmful would just stay at 0 but beneficial may change. It can, and I made this idea up, become kindof conceptually like
neurons (occupying space in your body without doing anything). The actual application of this idea can be clearly
demonstrated in the simple task of putting certain things inside the futon. I use essential oils for their intense concentration,
simply dumping a large bottle directly into the opening in the middle. I dont do this for the scent (but thats also cool), but
for the immense health benefits essential oils DO give when absorbed through the skin. You can do this with anything
edible really, but essential oils are the most best thing you could do this with. Its extra good this way too (even though it
may take longer) because you body doesnt have to produce digestive enzymes and such. Its just pure, energy-free
osmosis. You can really go wild with this, if youre so inclined. I mean, who cares about stains? Pour a f**king bottle of
wine on it. Your body will absorb all that. Yes, I am claiming the futon made of cotton is a magical apparatus which
prevents any kind of bad bacteria from infecting food. The results should be plainly obvious to men who follow the idea
included in my original health guide. Seriously. It has to be extremely dense cotton and you will know this because it is
heavy. Like 100+ lbs. I don't know what else to sayjust try and find out yourself. I find it to be the most useful for
taking medications which normally decay even those spare seconds the jar is open. Its ability to preserve the goodness of
food is apparent in fresh produce but not as well with things which come in a vacuum-seal (due to their old age they are
already so susceptible to decay and the futon helps but not as much). Was incredible handy when I ate exclusively at the
farmers market. But yeah if you dont actually open the jars at all the BRF jars are going to keep everything perfectly pure.
But when you open anything up its good to have the futon nearby. How it works? Idfc go find out god damn why do I
have to do everything around here.

EDIT/SIGNIFICANT UPDATE:
So being a perfectionist I found a slight glitch with the futon thing. And by glitch I mean something that can be made better.
For all medications/supplements in small jars simply insert a cottonball into the jar. This will actually very strongly
improve their potency and retain more goodness/less badness. It has to be close for the effects to work on on things more
sensitive than normal food. So simply do this...i dont know if youd still need the cotton futon after that.

Secondly, I want to confirm my suspicions of something I wanted to include before but didnt. I once left an eggplant on
my futon for a few days while it was cut open (it was under-ripe to eat so I left it there instead) and observed what would
happen (I had already confirmed that food that tasted bad was fine, but I wanted to see how far it went). The good part of it
was thisthe eggplant started to oddly enough smell amazing! Like really much so. Not like any plant I have smelled it
was almost like a musky odor. IDK if everyone would like the smell but to me it was a scent that stuck in my brain for
months with how good it was. The bad part of it was...it started to grow larva. Obviously, I refused to eat it at that point
because I figured theres no way in hell that could still be good. But there was an itching doubt, always in the back of my
mind until more than a year later I find this article:
https://curiosity.com/topics/casu-marzu-or-rotten-cheese-is-the-illegal-italian-delicacy-infested-with-live-maggots-
curiosity?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=20171017casumarzu

Casu marzu cheese prove my theory. I am now convinced that, despite any misgivings one may put upon this idea, the
futon does in fact protect food even through the most disgusting appearances! So suck on it, science! My theories are not
just bunk and in time well know whos really in the right!
