Staple (02) Passport Size Photographs.
Paid CIIT Admission Processing Fee Challan Slip of Rs.1000/-.
Photocopy of NTS Result Card (if NTS test is valid).
Attach paid NTS Challan of Rs.700 [if you want to appear for NTS test in CIIT-Islamabad Campus].
Photocopy of CNIC or B-Form.
Photocopy of SSC / O-Level mark sheet (O-level students must furnish IBCC equivalence certificate &
Statement of Results).
Photocopy of HSSC / A-level mark sheet, HSSC Part-2 Result Awaiting students will produce HSSC Part-I
mark sheet (A-level students must furnish IBCC equivalence certificate, Statement of
Results OR Statement of Entry for result awaiting candidates).
Photocopies of Bachelor (Part-I & Part-II) mark sheets (If applying for BBS program).
Surety/Hope Certificate [issued from college] OR Affidavit [specimen available in downloads] on Rs. 20/-
stamp paper (for HSSC Part-II Result Awaiting students only).
Result Awaiting (HSSC Part-II only) candidates MUST submit their concerned Board Roll No. Slip.
Please Note: Candidates given papers for HSSC improvement Part I and II need not to apply.
