In this article, the author analysis the influence of health food habits and
environmental impact on physical and mental growth, food habits during childhood
can influence favorites and exercises in later lifetime and some proof recommended
practical to reasonable tracking of food habits from childhood to adolescence.
Nutrition is a main conservational influence on physical and mental growth and
development in primary lifetime. Food habits during childhood can impact partialities
and performs in later life and some proof proposes fair to moderate tracking of food
habits from childhood to adolescence. Studies support that good nutrition contributes
to improving the wellbeing of children and their potential learning ability, thus
contributing to well school performance.

The author take the intention from some reports that well nutrition adds to schooling
the happiness of adolescents and their impending knowledge ability, thus giving to
well school performance. The article is convenient to my research topic, as Perez,
Rodrigo recommend that there are abundant causes Children and adolescent people
learn healthy eating habits, are heartened to be substantially energetic, to prevent
smoking and to acquire to manage stress, get the potential for limited impact of
chronic illness in adulthood. This article will be useful supplementary information for
my research on healthy habits and behaviors

dietary intake in preschool children. International Journal of Obesity, 37(10), 1314-
21. doi:http://dx.doi.org/10.1038/ijo.2013.76

The article explores the factors that facilitate or hinder the home environment on
child health behaviors related to obesity to examine the role of the home physical
activity and food environment in young children. The article suggests that factors
such as food environment and healthy behavior in young children are the key to
promote healthy behavior in young children; strategies emphasizing parental
behavior and the set-up of the home environment are warranted.
The article provides a useful rationale explaining the basis of parental role, which
can be beneficial in reducing junk food consumption and sedentary time. The
conclusion is that limiting access to unhealthy foods can both increase the amount of
healthy food and decrease the amount of junk food consumed. To promote
physical activity and healthy eating in younger children, strategies emphasizing
family policies, especially those around the encouragement of active play and
limiting access to unhealthy foods are warranted.

The article is useful to my research topic as the authors find that although the
variable effect of the home environment on health behaviors across different
socioeconomic groups is notable: to better prevent and reduce obesity (with healthier
physical activity and food behaviors), different strategies may be needed depending
on the education and work status of the mother.

Developing a personal philosophy of sport can help guide a person in responding to
the precending ethical dilemmas. Through moral reasoning each of us can decide
how to act when faced with difficult choices. Past experiences, situational factors,
and other individuals greatly influence what we value. Thus, it is important to
examine our beliefs and actions carefully. Like it or not, people involved in sport are
often thrust into the limelight where others can see how they behave and, thereby,
observe what they value.
Athletes, coaches and sport leaders at various levels are often held up as examples
that should be emulated or derided, based on their behaviours. All such individuals
should therefore re-examine what they value, keeping in mind that these values
might change, positively or negatively, through experience. It is hoped that all
individuals will ensure that their actions are consistent with their personal beliefs.
