WAN Interfaces:
1. Use the IP address 128.200.1.10/24 on serial interface S0/0/0.

Cat L3 Switch Configuration:

1. Configure an 802.1Q Ether Channel trunk between SW15 and 15 using G0/1 and G0/2 interfaces
of both switches. Do not assign an IP address to this trunk. Configure PAgP.
2. Configure the VLANs as shown in the network diagram.
3. Configure sw16 to be a VTP server and SW16 as a client. Use ccie as the VTP domain name and
assign it a password.
4. Allow full configuration access to the switches
5. Configure a management VLAN-X and assign it the IP address of 128.200.101.16/24
6. Assign the switches the username ccie and a password of psv2.
7. The switches should be reachable from all routers in the lab.

OSPF, L3 Switching and Frame-Relay:

1. Configure a full meshed Frame-Relay network between R3, R10, and R8
2. Use the subnet 128.200.1.0/24
3. Allow sub interfaces on R3 only.
4. Configure R3, R8 and R10 FrameRelay network to be part of the OSPF routing process in area 0.
5. Configure VLAN-A to be in OSPF area 200.
6. Do not run OSPF on the backbone to R11 VLAN-D, R9 VLAN-F, and R8 VLAN-G.
7. Configure VLAN-X on SW16 to be in OSPF area 300
8. Configure VLAN-A on SW16 to be in OSPF area 200.
9. When link state type 5 is created an a router, it should be tagged with the router number that
created it
10. Ensure that the OSPF domain will have full IP connectivity to the RIP, EIGRP and IS-IS domains.

RIP, EIGRP, IS-IS Integration:

1. Configure VLAN-D to be in a RIP domain, connecting to backbone router R11.
2. R11 should have learned the following RIP routes: 192.200.16.0/24, 192.200.17.0/24,
192.200.18.0/24, and 192.200.20.0/24
3. Ensure the all OSPF routers can reach these routes.
4. Configure EIGRP on VLAN-F and VLAN-G only. Do not use the passive interface command.
5. Ensure full reachability between EIGRP, OSPF and RIP domains.
6. Configure IS-IS between R3 and the backbone R5.
7. Ensure that you see the IS-IS route 141.200.5.0/24 from the backbone R5.
8. Ensure that all routing domains can reach each other.
9. Ensure that SW16 can send 100 straight pings to all OSPF and IS-IS Frame-Relay interfaces, the
IS-IS route 141.200.5.0/24 and 192.200.x.x routes from RIP domain.

Route Filtering and Control:

1. Create an ACL to prevent the backbone R11 from seeing any of the IS-IS routes, 140.200.1.0/24,
and 141.200.5.0/24.
2. Create an ACL to allow R4 to see only the even subnets from the RIP domain.

ISDN Configuration:
1. Configure the ISDN network between R3 and R10 using the following.
a. Use the IP address of 128.200.200.10/24
b. Assign to the OSPF area 0.
c. The dialer should not remain up all the time due to the routing protocol.
d. Configure R10 to only place the calls upon loss from the Frame-Relay.
e. Use PPP CHAP for authentication; use cisco_isdn as the password.
f. Do not use static routes.
g. R10 should pick up the second B channel when the bandwidth goes over 32 kbps of
outbound traffic.
h. The link should drop after 5 minutes of idle time.

BGP Configuration:
1. Configure BGP routing for R3, R8, and R10 and place all of these router in AS-5300
2. Configure R3, R8, and R10 to peer with router 5 over the Frame-Relay network.
3. All AS 5300 routers should advertise all directly connected networks and routes advertised to
external peer should be summarized using the least number of network prefixes.
4. Additionally the previous configured items R3, should be configured to peer with R11,
propagating all R11 routes to its I-BGP peers.
5. Configure BGP routing on R5 and place it in AS 12
6. Configure R5 to peer with routers in AS 5300.
7. Advertise the connected networks.
8. Create loopbacks 4.0.0.0/8 and 5.5.0.0/16 networks and advertise them to all BGP neighbors.
9. Configure BGP on router R11 to be in the AS 500.
10. Configure R11 to peer with R3.
11. Configure BGP authentication with all neighbors using the password abc123.
12. Create two loopbacks networks on R11 11.0.0.0/8 and 12.0.0.0/8
13. Advertise these networks to all BGP peers.
14. Configure R11 so that the routes sent to routers in AS 5300 will not propagate the route; make
no changes to AS 5300 routers.
15. Configure BGP routing on R4. Place the router in AS 101
16. Configure R4 to peer with R8.
17. Create two loopback interfaces 118.116.0.0/24 and 117.116.115.0/24 on R4.
18. Advertise these networks to all connected networks on R8.
19. Configure R8 to hide R4s 117.116.115.0/24 network from R5 without making any changes on R3
and R10.
20. Prevent the other AS5300 routers from advertising the 117.116.115.0/24 network to any peers.
21. Configure a single static route on SW16 to the network 141.200.5.0/24 on backbone router R5.
Do not use a default route.

QoS configuration:
1. Configure R8 with a policy the limits bandwidth consumption on its Frame-Relay interfaces
based on the packet size. Use the following table.

Packet Size Bandwidth limitation

64 127 28%
128 255 10%
256 511 18%
512 768 9%
768 1024 6%
Other Queue using WFQ

DLSW+ Configuration:
1. Configure a DLSW TCP peer between VLAN-A on R10 and 141.200.5.5 on R5.
2. You should see R5 in the DLSW reachability cache.
3. If you lose connectivity to the 141.200.5.5 peer, another peer should become active on R5 that
peers to R4s VLAN-F where the backup server resides. You cannot use the remote-peer
statement on R5
4. When the peer is active from R10 to R4, R4 should advertise the NetBIOS host backup R4. This
peer should remain active up to 3 minutes after connectivity to the primary peer is restored.
1. Configure un par TCP de DLSW entre la VLAN-A en R10 y 141.200.5.5 en R5.

Buena suerte y diviertete.
