Dear Sir,

Reference to your enquiry , Attached our offer for Supply of HDPE Pipe.

Project as per below terms and conditions.

1. Item offered: RAINFORCE Brand HDPE Pipe, with reference to IS: 4984:1995 manufactured
at our Factory 1.
2. Prices of Pipes: Our Price for Supply as per Attached Annexure.
3. Quantity: As per attached Annexure.
4. Standard Length: 6 /12-meter standard length and 100/500-meter coils
(Size less than 110mm OD), multiple thereof.
5. Packing: Pipes shall be supply without any packing.
6. Freight: Included in quoted price up to site HALIYAL. Unloading of material at destination is in
your scope. The Freight charges considered by us are on the basis of nesting of pipes to be
supplied without any specific size preference to economize the freight cost. In case of any specific
instruction for dispatch, differential freight will be to your account.
7. Delivery Period: Same will be confirmed during finalization of order.
8. Validity: Offer is based on current raw material price dtd. 13.07.2017 Rs.90000.00 (Exclusive of
GST). New unit rate will worked out on the date of finalization of order based on prevailing raw material
price.
9. Payment Terms: 50% advance along with confirm order and balance 50% before dispatch of material.
10. Quality Systems: We are AN ISO: 9001:2015 certified.
11. Note: Any change in GST or any Statutory Govt. taxes levies will be to your account.
