This source is a video from the staff meeting of the Hamilton County Board of
Commissioners. The public is allowed to attend these meetings and a member of the
community filmed the entire meeting. From this source, I can directly gather the dialogue
of county commissioners, members from the Board of the Hamilton County Public
Library, and of the public.

This source is a video of the Library of Hamilton County and Cincinnati Board meeting.
From this source, I can also directly gather the discourse of all of the members of the
Board as they discuss the issue of the North building. The board allowed the public to
answer questions, and many were asked about the closing of the North building.
