Lesson Title: Dulce et Decorum Est by Wilfred Owen Effects of Conflict on Soldiers in WW1
and the explosion of Soldier prose during the WW1 period.

Rationale: To teach students the effects of conflict on Soldiers and how poetry can help us
understand what happened in WW1, Focused on poets of WW1 and the importance of prose
during conflicts
