SCOPE OF WORK AND EXPERIENCE

 Performing of good inward inspection, material verification and

visual inspection as for QA/QC manual and client specification.
 Daily monitoring during welding to verify compliance with
specification, procedure and sequence including any pre
heat, interpass temperature control and consumable control.
 Prepare / request the NDT as per client specification and
requirement.
 Perform in process inspection such as marking fit up,
visual and dimension check as per ITP(Inspection Test Plan).
 Update and complete all inspection report for record and
traceability.
 Monitoring welding activities and ensure only qualified
welder on board and following welding procedure.
 Meeting to clarify all outstanding documentation and punch
list for welding and NDT.
 Coordinate with Eng.Dept, Project Management Team and
client report regarding the project progress and activities to
ensure the project requirement are follow.
 Carry out final visual and dimensional check (DC) to ensure
all measurement are within tolerance prior to acceptance.
 Monitoring on NDT activities and repair activities.
 Performing final punch list inspection.
 QA/QC documentation review and report.
