The "Special-By-Invitation’’ allotment enables the owners to live amidst a community of like-minded

The complex is located inside the DLF Golf Course and every apartment faces the proposed "9-Hole Golf
Course" spread over approximately 60 acres of land. An extension to the existing "18-Hole Golf Course",

Construction work on the project has already commenced and will be ready in the next 2 years. The
construction is being done by DLF Laing O'Rourke – a JV partnership of DLF with its UK-based partner,
Laing O'Rourke.
