1. Where is the justice for those whom the U.S.

government has admitted to reifying for

more than a half century in secret bioresearch protocols encompassing all disciplines

of the life sciences in contravention to the Nuremberg Code, the Common Rule and

the 13th amendment and in particular, those it refuses to protect from such atrocities

1. In April, 1994, a congressional field hearing was held in Cincinnati, Ohio, to inform the

public about the secret, federal government-sponsored contracts pursued by a team of medical

researchers led by Dr. Eugene Saenger at the Cincinnati Hospital in which the effects of radiation

poisoning on human beings through total body irradiation, or TBI, were studied.1 This

surreptitious research began in the 1940s in conjunction with military bioweapons experiments

that encompassed countless individual protocols executed by physicians, academics and others

working in collaboration at state agencies, hospitals, research facilities, and institutions of higher

learning across the country in what grew to be an often redundant but always lucrative industry

over the succeeding decades, promising researchers fast-track tenure and career advancement.2
At the time of the field hearing some of these secret protocols were still ongoing with subjects

unaware of their enrollment in them. In the months and years following it a scant few lawsuits

were filed against the U.S. government and some of the researchers by a small number of

survivors of the first research protocols, such as the victims of the Cincinnati TBI studies and the

Fernald State School/Massachusetts Institute of Technology irradiated milk studies. Rejecting a

motion to dismiss the TBI suit, presiding U.S. District Judge Sandra Beckwith opined, The

allegations in this case indicate that the government of the United States, aided by the officials of

the City of Cincinnati, treated at least eighty-seven of its citizens as though they were laboratory

animals. If the Constitution has not clearly established a right under which these plaintiffs may

attempt to prove their case, then a gaping hole in that document has been exposed. The subject

of experimentation who has not volunteered is merely an object.3 She illuminated her reasoning

for allowing the TBI lawsuit to move forward: The Nuremberg Code is part of the law of

humanity. It may be applied in both civil and criminal cases by the federal courts in the United

States, and noted further her incredulity at the researchers disregard for subjects right of self-

determination, who, when allegedly planning to perform radiation experiments on unwitting

subjects, were not moved to pause or rethink their procedures in light of the forceful dictates of

the Nuremberg Tribunal.4

MIT and its co-defendant, Quaker Oats, settled the Fernald State School radiation

poisoning case in December, 1997.5 Saengers TBI lawsuit was settled after five years, in 1999.6

Random other lawsuits have been filed and settle and, together with these two cases, exemplify

the pitiful path justice has taken for an ever-expanding community of bioslaves: surreptitious

research imposed upon Americans is now the status quo in what is now institutionalized

practice.7

2. In 1989, National Lawyers Guild member attorney Brian Glick published War at Home:

Covert Action Against U.S. Activists and What We Can Do About It in response to the siege laid

against activists working to end the U.S. military-backed wars in Central America, who were

assisting refugees from the affected countries in particular, Guatemala and El Salvador whom

he had represented from the mid-1980s in lawsuits against the CIA for their then-illegal activities

against his clients. During that time, groups such as CISPES and The American Friends Service

Committee were repeatedly targeted by the CIA and FBI for infiltration and disruption with then-

illegal counter-intelligence programs (COINTELPRO) despite the fact that, subsequent to the

disclosure in the 1970s by the Church Committee of the same type of illegal CIA and FBI

activity against civil and human rights activists, the CIA had agreed to stop conducting covert

war against U.S. citizens who were merely political activists. The Freedom of Information Act

disclosures from both agencies that Glick was able to secure in his defense of targeted activists

proved these agencies had done no such thing and were still conducting illegal surveillance and

COINTELPRO on Americans.8

These once-illegal practices are now enshrined in the [so-called] Patriot Act and other

Justice Department policies9 and form the bases for the prosecution of the covert war George W.

Bush declared on everyone, everywhere in March, 2002, which is waged not only by these

agencies, but by local law enforcement officials and all contractors and subcontractors

working in collusion with them. This is how the current security state has actually accreted, long

before the real tragedy of September 11, 2001. What has been created is a rapidly growing,

extremely lucrative security market that has made legitimate, open, effective protest utterly

unviable and war between Americans an everyday thing for countless millions of them, despite

what purported former counter-intelligence contractors posing as political dissidents on the

international stage, no less would have you believe. Notwithstanding fashionable pseudo-

intellectual essays pervading popular news outlets suggesting this does not merit the label,

fascism,10 this is the definitive relationship between profiteers and the state that characterizes

fascism,11 and anyone who balks at such labels indicts him- or herself as complicit with fascists.

We are here, and we are aided to freedom by no one.

Here is a snapshot of what its like to be a genuine target of the U.S. military dictatorships

Dough sits on the stainless steel counter, ready to be punched down, kneaded and shaped

into the pizza tin. Big, warm, late summer rain drops begin to fall on the skywalk outside as gray

clouds shift in the steady gusts of wind out my kitchen window. I want to go to the protest

against the white nationalists so-called free speech rally planned for the next day on Boston

Common, but I honestly dont believe they are the most pernicious fascists we should denounce

anymore.

My eyes flipped open just in time to see her bring her fist from above her head hard, in a

downward punch, as though she anticipated the air to resist her violence. I had closed them to

meditate, to shut out the sensation of freezing cold January night air streaming in through the

broken bus window. Deep into my sadhana my seatmates coat brushed against my elbow,

which was lying on the arm rest between us, and I imagined her shrugging her shoulders when

my assailant asked, Is she sleeping? Compliant air had swirled about my head when she

crawled out of her seat behind me and over the activist sitting next to her and all their blankets,

backpacks and grocery bags of snacks to loom in the aisle over my seat right before she took her

shot. My head jerked up just in time to dodge the blow, her unapologetic glare daring me to

defend myself. Thats when I realized fully the effectiveness of the campaign launched months

perhaps, even years against me, when I first tried to tell people in Bostons faith and then peace

and justice communities about my experiences as an unwilling, outsourced bioresearch subject in

more than one of our military dictatorships bioweapons programs. I had been snitch-jacketed.

Twenty years ago I could never have imagined being here, or anywhere, today. That was

the year I first got the antiviral that saved my life from HIV-negative AIDS, deliberately

misnamed by our government and the researchers in their employ, chronic fatigue immune

dysfunction syndrome, just as the tertiary syphilis from which the Tuskegee Syphilis Study

victims suffered was diagnosed, bad blood. Three years prior to that, after trying for at least

four years to get an appropriate diagnosis and treatment for the chronic flu-like and other

symptoms I was experiencing, I found myself in Harvard Square, waiting to meet my blind date,

the only response I had received to an ad I had placed deliberately in the back of the Boston

Phoenix, in the men-seeking-women section, unwilling to trust a random respondent from the

women-seeking-men section and hoping my prince charming was the straight friend of a sister

prince-seeker who was a great guy but just not right for her. I should have walked away the

minute I saw him emerge from the T station he, practically charging directly toward me in a

Saturday afternoon crowd of hundreds despite the fact I hadnt given him much, if any,

description of myself. But my best friend at the time had just gotten married the previous month,

and despite working nearly full-time and shouldering a full-time schedule at college, I agreed to

open myself up to the possibility of a relationship, even marriage, after 30. If it can happen to

me, it can happen to you, she coaxed me, when I asked her for her opinion on my plan.

Valerie and I never talked about my perpetual illness and all the weird ways it

manifested. It was impossible to tell anyone about the things I had to do to manage my reactive

hypoglycemia, my multiple chemical sensitivities, my photophobia. Manual biology, I came

to think of the daily ritual of protein drinks and vitamin C and magnesium and salt tablets I

ingested on a rigorous schedule just to be ambulatory enough to make it to work in the evening,

word processing prospectuses and other deal documents for corporate attorneys at a large law

firm in downtown Boston. It was monotonous work but all that I could handle after a day of

classes and studying. Her wedding was a three-day affair at an inn in Orleans, on the Cape, near

her parents summer house. I had pneumonia and pleurisy so bad I nearly passed out, struggling

for air, crouched on her parents dining room table, frog-walking down the length of it, trying to

cut the tulle for her finger-tip veil as carefully as I could because she was too nervous about the

ceremony the following day to try. By the time I was finally able to find a doctor and convince

him I needed antibiotics following a not atypical round of calls to several usually openly

hostile or, at best, surly and dismissive physicians assistants, or actual doctors my radiograph

looked like a lung-shaped, stark white construction paper model placed over x-ray film. It was

shocking to see, but not nearly as shocking as the gleeful way the tech taunted me with it,

knowing no one would believe me if I told them of his behavior, since it was clearly in violation

of HIPAA. It was gas-lighting, as well, though just another PSYOPs designed to get me to

discredit myself.

Five years almost to the day after I began 500 mgs. of Famvir even the disabling

dysmenorrhea from which I had suffered for 30 years went away completely. It was the first

normal period Id ever had, one where I didnt have to take the usual 6 to 11 Advil tablets I

ingested every six hours and spend three days in a scalding hot bathtub. I had crawled home

from that blind date in Harvard Square with the self-confessed Whitehead Institute herpes

researcher with vertigo so bad I felt like I was wearing a suit of armor and being trailed under the

ground with a magnet that pulled me inescapably down. I could hardly wobble through the

turnstiles at the Harvard Square T station to get home barely 30 minutes after we introduced

ourselves and bought coffee at Warburtons. But five years was enough to do a whole lot of

cognitive damage. Fifteen years went by before I realized the black holes and the bright

white objects on the brain MRI done on me in 1995 when I was supposed to undergo a lung

MRI represented for yet another bout of pneumonia, were the result of both the first herpes

infection I was given in vaccines I was required to have updated by my college in order to

complete my teaching practicum and also the bioengineered, luminescing herpes virus likely,

that with which Mr. Blind Date had surreptitiously infected me to which protocol evidently

required the former virus to be compared. Then I happened upon the obituary of local professor

and bioluminescence research pioneer, J.W. Hastings, and it clicked. Those peculiar spots

routinely seen on the typical CFIDS patients brain scans werent bright white spots. That was

simply another non-diagnosis diagnosis designed to obfuscate surreptitious research. More bad

blood.

No doctor, or patient advocate, or so-called pioneering researcher had ever told me the

profound fatigue I was experiencing was due, in part, to the herpes encephalitis both pathogens

caused, though it, of course, was. You dont have AIDS, was all the HIV/AIDS researcher at

St. Elizabeths hospital, without any testing or examination, said to me when I was finally

referred to him. I told him I knew that that I had had three negative HIV tests over the last year

and a half. Still, I was 137 lbs., a weight abnormal for my 56 frame, and my upper forearm

and shoulder, hip and knee bones protruded from under slack layers of muscle-less skin.

Plagued by systemic yeast infection, cachexia and still the chronic flu, I had agreed to see him,

reluctantly, because he was the first doctor to give me some indication my illness was real and

not psychological. It was 1997, a year after research proving an association between this

mysterious illness and a novel retrovirus was established, which, over a much longer

timespan than HIV, developed into a type of AIDS, though at the time of my appointment I was

unaware of both.

They had been reported in 1996 in the tome, Oslers Web: Inside the Labyrinth of the

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Epidemic, which curiously lauded as victims tribunes the pioneers

and outlier researchers who continued to use ridiculous, non-medical language, such as brain

fog to describe the signs of symptoms such as encephalitis caused by the pathogenic infections

we battle. I took me three months to read it, but I could only ever retain two of the three main

theses in my mind at any one time. Taking my dog-eared, highlighted copy in to yet another

potential primary care physician for an explanation, I was dismissed with a contempt I had

grown used to. Youve certainly studied this thoroughly, my smug interrogator chided me. If

that had been true and I were able to retain any of its facts in a meaningful context, I might have

replied, If your idea of studying is taking three months to read an 800-page book about which

you can hardly remember anything then you got through Harvard Medical School by some other

way than studying.

What else other than a whore would be part of this corrupt human rights atrocity that is

the endemic system of bioslavery our own government acknowledged more than 20 years ago it

put into place in the mid-20th century to study all manner of bioweapons? That revelation ought

to have rallied every human and civil rights activist and organization in the world, but it didnt.

Media was fixated on telling us how immoral our purported adulterous president was, or how

base we were for being bothered with his again, purported adulterous behavior, and everyone

fell into line with the national narrative, which meant his apologies for the small fraction of

surreptitious research were taken at face value, and no sanctions were applied to the perpetrators

of these, or any other similar, human rights crimes. Worse yet, nothing was done to strengthen

laws against them, or protect future victims. National Security Agency guidelines those that

protect the government from exposure were the only laws to be bolstered.

 Nothing was said to me either when I was injected with what turned out to be an effective

vaccine against the bioengineered herpes viruses with which I had been infected, which rendered

further antiviral therapy unnecessary. I was panicked, dreading trying to find another doctor to

write a prescription for me, rebuffed again by the antics of the last at Auburn Medical. Neither

I, nor any of my colleagues here, believe in your disease, he pronounced cagily, after writing a

script for me for a years worth of Famvir. More gas lighting. Another PSYOPs.

So many years of medical torture eventually ended to be replaced with repeated assaults

with bioweapons each time I try to find someone to speak with about the horrors I and countless

millions have endured. More than a decade of being able to do nothing more than drag myself to

my part-time job and home four or five nights a week, of having no social life, no romantic life,

no career, or professional development gradually gave way to a more normal life, and the manual

biology subsided. But the college degree I had fought so hard to achieve and the most

productive years of my life were all but wasted. There was nothing certainly, no participation

in activist organizations, though I did try to drag myself to one or two protests of the Iraq

invasion, occupation, and colonization by America. Whatever friends I had were gone, including

Valerie. Its just that I dont have the time to learn about whats wrong with you.

Clouds of flour dust waft into the air and float back down to the counter, outlining little

oval puddles in front of me. I can feel the flour dust coating my throat when I inhale, and I

cough, bringing up the faintest bit of sputum left over from the chest infection I mysteriously

acquired the end of June, after days in my usual isolation. December/January, and June/July.

Every six months an illness strikes, typically, in my lungs. Sometimes, its bacterial.

Sometimes, its viral. Sometimes, it leaves permanent damage, like deafness. Sometimes,

Oscillococcinum knocks it down. But it always comes with two things: abuse by healthcare

workers, who refuse me even the cheapest course of antibiotic or antiviral treatment, and

psychoterrorism designed to portray me as mentally incompetent should I choose to recount to

anyone these bioassaults and terror campaigns. This time, the cashier at Whole Foods asked

me, Is it worse than the last time you had it? as I resupplied my stock of lomatium and

goldenseal tinctures. Who are you my doctor? I chided him, to which he replied, I could

be. A wiry Latino kid with fading acne scars, I never saw him before or since. But even if

there were an agency, or organization, or a specially trained police force to whom I could report

these incidents, Id likely be called a racist, if any were government-created, or controlled.

Race baiting is an effective way to silence dissidents as effective as the PSYOPs campaigns

that use laser weapons shot through my apartment walls at me, forcing me to try to contact my

local state rep, who then has the power to involve a judge, who will order a stay in psych

institution, or the prisons that pass for them these days, to discredit me, or anyone like me, as

crazy. The siege continues.

I wipe my hands, thinking about tomorrows planned protest, remembering Martin

Luther King Jr.s birthday in 2015, when someone in the leadership of Black Lives Matter

thought it would be a good idea to endanger their and motorists lives by chaining themselves to

cement-filled barrels and blockading the road during rush hour that day, and thereby alienate any

right-thinking person in Boston who might have had sympathy with them especially, anyone

who travels into the city on Route 95. Who devised that plan? I can tell you: one of the first

ones to be let out the back door of the courthouse, case dismissed, when the protesters were

sanctioned in court. To challenge whoever made that self-destructive decision, those self-

destructive plans, is to invite scrutiny, no matter how preposterous and undeserved; I have never

had the privilege of health thats allowed me to do much more than survive, over-worked at

menial jobs, living off the kindness of others once I was blacklisted from even those. Gandhi

was right: poverty is a weapon, one that robs a person not only of dignity but of the inner

resources that mitigate toward humanity, such as the opportunity to join communities and

become productive members of them, something I have often regretted being robbed of. The

only people in my life appear long ago to have surrendered their humanity.

In the 11 years since that terrorizing bus ride I have been subjected to more assaults and

attacks than I can recall. I can summon memories of them only by chunks of time, such as the

fall of 2008, when an inordinate number of religious zealots felt the need to stalk me. One

afternoon, an visibly angry woman approached me at the bus stop outside my apartment door and

screamed at me that I was going to Hell because I politely declined to hear her testify about her

relationship with Jesus. Then there was the couple of kids who stalked me through Harvard yard

as I was on my way to Widener Library to read its only copy of Eileen Garretts Awareness. The

thin, East Asian young man blocked my way, feet planted shoulder-width apart, fists clenched at

his waist, while Lydia continued to harangue me to talk with her about Jesus despite the fact I

was wearing earbuds attached to my iPhone, which I was in the process of tuning to a local

classical radio station, and had already politely declined to do so. Im fairly certain Jesus would

be appalled with two Ps and two Ls, Lydia, by the way youre terrorizing me right now, I noted,

after her second, more insistent pitch. Jesus famously said not to waste your time trying to talk

with people who didnt want to talk with you. Cast not your pearls before swine, and all.

Next came the group of Christians that was departing my favorite local Indian restaurant when I

went to get a bite to eat one evening. Six women and about the same number of men found it

necessary to form a prayer circle in the middle of the sidewalk right there, on Mass Ave in Porter

Square, at supper time. I had brought with me Dietrich Bonhoeffers The Cost of Discipleship to

read while I ate, and two of the men decided to initiate a debate with me before they would allow

me into the restaurant. Im not saying they were lying in wait, or anything, since that would

suggest an unnatural clairvoyance on their part, or the use of stealth surveillance technology (and

a worrying paranoia on mine). But they were obnoxious in their persistent, contentious remarks,

which were all the more bizarre because they somehow knew I wasnt, in fact, Christian, despite

the fact I was carrying a book written by the 20th centurys leading Christian martyr a man who

had escaped Nazi Germany to tell his Christian brethren throughout the west about the genocides

being committed there and, most importantly, to save the Christian church from subjugation by

the German state, which had then commissioned the creation of the German Christian Church.

In response, he started the Confessing church, was rescued by fellow communicants and then

gave up his freedom and, as it turns out, his life to return to his homeland and continue his

clerical mission, join the resistance and minister to the persecuted he encountered even until his

last days in prison, before he was hanged with piano wire, a month before Germanys surrender

in World War II. I kept my answers brief, motioning with my hand toward the door handle, and

when the last one blocking me finally relented, another asked me to join them in their prayer. I

only pray as Jesus taught me to, I replied sunnily. In private.

These particular assaults, though not as frequent, still continue. Nearly a year ago, on a

bright, warm November Wednesday morning, I found myself in my former neighborhood, at a

grocery store where I had suffered one of the several bioweapons assaults Ive sustained. As I

waited in line to check out, I heard the young Asian woman behind me sneeze and then abruptly

drop her groceries at the end of the conveyor belt and hustle out of line, a dire look on her face.

After more than a few minutes elapsed and she hadnt returned, I turned to the woman ahead of

me and said, I hope shes OK. She looked distressed, thinking shed gone off to find a much-

needed box of Kleenex. Maybe she got infected with something suddenly, the old crone

replied, grinning. Her audacity was breathtaking. Youre creepier than Halloween, I noted.

Everything I say is a blessing, she assured me. Then you should go home and reacquaint

yourself with the Gospel of St. Matthew, particularly, the fifth chapter, verse 37. You have to

bring the right tool to the job; religious zealotry used to terrorize non-believers like me must be

confronted for what it is: hypocrisy. Hypocrisy in service to the fascists creating division

among all us Americans, regardless of the color of our skin, the country of our origin, our

biological gender, or our gender identification, or our heritage. Worse, the psychoterrorists

engaged in these campaigns are not merely random, organized, branded gangs, like these neo-

Christian religious zealots. In my experience, theyve included service personnel working at the

post office and for the MBTA; the clerks at various city government agencies; work colleagues

and numerous neighbors. They seem to be designed to provoke me into denouncing my faelty to

the teachings of Jesus by turning me into a religious bigot, a fact made clear to me by my former

hairdresser, with whom I unwittingly shared the progress of my spiritual autobiography, which

details my life-long journey to maintain my liberal interpretation of my own religious

experiences. Open your mind, she shouted at me apropos of nothing in the least intolerant

about my explanation of how I was then trying to craft the chapter detailing the humorous events

surrounding my aunts attempts to save me; it didnt work. Im still a heretic only happy,

too.

My presence at tomorrows matinee would only validate the impotent and narrowly

controlled agenda of the ones employed by our government to put a veneer of legitimacy on our

countrys long-dead democracy and its right to free speech and assembly. I dont want to be

around them -- those who demonstrate how little freedom any of us, bioslave or not, actually has,

every day by their complicity with this nakedly fascist government. My participation wouldnt

challenge any of the many Mengela acolytes whove robbed me of my health, my ability to

work, my self-determination, many of whom may be looking down on the scene from their

offices in the numerous hospitals that stretch along the emerald necklace, down to the Charles

River basin, and I dont need to see more anymore of the masks they use to disguise the extent

and vileness of their control over all of us. My protest tomorrow, and every other day Im

granted life, will be a protest against them, not their clowns and those duped by them.

In the month since I finished the above essay Harvey Weinstein has been outed as what

we can only hope is a sexual predator extraordinaire, and PSYOPs campaigns, as well as other

terror campaigns, continue against me. My local SS gangs capo invited my neighbors to a

party, which I was pressed into attending against my better judgment, at which I was targeted by

his associate yet again, and made to appear to my neighbors as an elitist picking on this alleged

working class handyman because I casually mentioned to him, after he repeatedly referred to one

of our Asian neighbors as Oriental, that its customary to use the term Asian instead even

though I did it with what I believed was great aplomb, noting that only shrubs, rugs and cats

could be Oriental. The attention-drawing theatric were phenomenal, and I ended up looking

like his persecutor, when, in fact, it has been he who has terrorized me on numerous occasions

out of sight of my neighbors, of course. Four-and-a-half years into my residency in this

neighborhood Ive endured a nearly daily campaign of terror by the former capo, this latest

PSYOPs, replete with tell-tale CIA-created characteristics. Id love nothing other than to tell the

stories of what has been done to me at the hands of numerous doctors, researchers, and even

public servants whose purported job it is to protect me from their abuse the medical torture, the

psychoterrorism but I cant. Theres just so much to tell, and no telling what form the

psychoterrorism I endure on a daily basis will take, once I do. But I live for the day when social

media campaigns such as #MyJosefMengela, or #MyHeinrichHimmler take off in the way

#MyHarveyWeinstein and #MeToo have.

Implications

The complexity of these intertwined problems, bioslavery and extra-judicial, state-

sponsored terrorism of political dissidents, can be overwhelming, and their solutions, elusive

therefore. There are also far-reaching implications stemming from both, and those are truly

horrifying.

1. Principles of evolutionary biology mitigate against the natural propagation of a less-

lethal form of retrovirus-based acquired immune syndrome, such as CFIDS,

than the selective and discriminatory pattern of infection of HIV/AIDS1 in gays,

intravenous drug users, and blacks. Clearly, HIV/AIDS, as well as CFIDS, were

bioengineered a fact any virologist can tell you, given the fact six different sets of

chromosomes representing particles from six different retroviruses make up what we

call, HIV.

diseases, they were labeled just as the tertiary syphilis researchers that medically

tortured the Tuskegee Syphilis Study victims deliberately mislabeled their disease,

bad blood to conceal their misdeeds with non-medical nomenclature (HIV is

actually a concatenation of retroviral particles, HTLV-III, all among a group of

species known as retroviruses, whose primary taxonomical similarity is that they were

 discovered together, not necessarily that they share similar DNA, one subspecies to

another).

a. The chronic fatigue syndrome I had throughout my teens was turned into

chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome with the addition of at least

two bioengineered variants of a herpes virus, which, over the period of a

decade and numerous additional surreptitious infections, became a type of

AIDS.

b. Known as a trashcan diagnosis, chronic fatigue syndrome has been used

to describe other, similar diseases, including what is now called myalgic

encephalomyelitis in the U.K., also known to have conducted extensive cold

war bioweapons research, often in collaboration with the U.S. military.

c. Similarly, multiple sclerosis, initially discriminating against all but middle-

class white women, was initially called, The Fakers Disease.

i. Like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, multiple sclerosis has had several

different evolutions, including relapsing/recurring multiple sclerosis,

secondary progressive multiple sclerosis, etc., which are not,

curiously, recognized by the research community as evolutionary.

This, too, indicts manmade bioengineering of these diseases.

4. After the type of AIDS13 I and countless others developed was identified as such, why

did institutionalized AIDS organizations systematically turn their backs on us, leaving

us with no social support no access to disability, no Meals on Wheels, no clinics,

assisted living, or dying -- support?

 a. All victims of AIDS are not accorded diagnosis and treatment on demand, and

the original platform of ActUP has not been achieved.

b. That includes victims of HIV/AIDS1 and HIV/AIDS2. There is a reason Luc

Montainger, the co-discoverer of HIV, says it, in and of itself, does not cause

AIDS. HHV6 is a universal concomitant pathogen associated with all these

types of AIDS, and even with Gulf War Syndrome, another outrageously

propagandized disease found only in a select group of people who willingly

give up their right to self-determination and willingly agree to let the U.S.

government can kill them: soldiers.

5. If the type of AIDS I and countless others were given has been cured with a vaccine,

as my experience has shown, why hasnt a similar vaccine been deployed to cure

HIV/AIDS1 and HIV/AIDS2 (and other immune system diseases)?

a. Is it because more surreptitious research is being done on all victims of

HIV/AIDS1 and HIV/AIDS2? Cambridge, Massachusetts, is the epicenter of

the biotech industry, nine square miles of biopharma ventures, new and old,

engaged in biotech research, many of which, such as Biogen, have based their

therapeutics on retroviral research, where bioengineered particles of

retroviruses are harnessed to modify diseases such as multiple sclerosis. More

and more ventures using this approach crop up every year.

b. Every May for 25 years the AIDS Walk has taken place in Boston and many

other cities, raising tens of millions each year with this one event alone. The

AIDS industry is lucrative and, as monies raised are held in private trusts and

managed by private corporations, it dictates much, much more than a search

 for the cure. It also represents significant financial industry services revenue

and opportunity provided by venture capital ventures (are these funds also

invested in ventures using retroviral technology to cure other likely manmade

immune system diseases?). Is the search for a cure for HIV/AIDS just another

endless war on a disease that simply amounts to a gravy train that no one

really wants to end, like cancer?14

6. The 20th century non-therapeutic bioslavery that was the subject of the Clinton

Administrations Atomic Studies Advisory Committee, which never redressed past

wrongs, nor enacted measures to protect todays or future Americans, cannot be said

to have nothing to do with current practices of research. Congress didnt alter this

system of slavery for a reason.

a. PEOPLE WERE MADE SICK SOLELY TO BE STUDIED AND EVEN

KILLED, IF PROTOCOLS DICTATED KILLING -- BY OUR

GOVERNMENT. That is not hyperbole, or opinion. That is fact.

b. Under this current status quo, this alliance between government and the

medicoreserach industry is fascism, plain and simple. Fascism and slavery go

hand-in-hand (along with over-zealous policing and state-sponsored

terrorism).15

c. Thats particularly infuriating in an age when the titular head of an allegedly

decent presidential administration gave billions of dollars to researchers to

forge the personal [small molecule] medicine industry.16 Is anyone going to

revamp the billions-worth industry of small molecule medicine to protect

 people? How are individuals, once made ill, going to opt out of being

bioslaves any other way but by becoming research subjects?

d. Make no mistake personalized medicine itself in no way seeks to cure

disease; its premise is to modify in situ disease states so that the pathogenesis

of select presentations of a disease are modified, and re-modified, and re-

modified.

7. Health insurance is a mess because health insurers, if no one else did, paid attention

to the evolution of bioslavery by the U.S. government, and they in particular, their

investors are determined not to be held responsible for the mess that is chronic and

debilitating illness in our country. They are just as invested in the creation of a

private funding mechanism which destroys standard medical treatment for all, as

though no two humans share the same biology as our billion-dollar granting

government is for this very reason. But the bigger, more egregious atrocity is that

everyone involved in insurance knows about the bioslavery that underlies the

medicoresearch industry and has done nothing, even when, long ago, their financial

interests would have compelled them to stop it, but for the fact that government has

long turned a blind eye to how insurance has accreted to insulate itself from having to

care for sick people, beginning with the Kaiser Permanentes development of the

HMO.17

8. Who is free, when those of us whove endured these heinous human rights atrocities

are subjected daily to terror campaigns when we try to enlarge the state-sponsored

narrative to include our experiences and those of countless others?

a. Our neighbors, who persecute us?

servants, who persecute us?

I still remember an evening expose, such as Dateline, interviewing a HMO disease manager on primetime TV as
she cried and admitted to deliberately sending a man dying of a coronary attack well outside his network hospital
when she could have approved his admittance to a local hospital, where his life would have been saved, but didnt.
The man died. We heard story after story after story like that in the 1980s so many, even Hollywood took
advantage of the social outrage and made John Q in response, starring Denzel Washington, which dealt with this
very issue of health insurers denying dying people treatment that would otherwise save them. Here in
Massachusetts, a cardiologist had his license suspended because he had a meltdown on the phone with a mere
clerk at an insurance agency when he was trying to get approval for his patients life-saving treatment, which he
was denied. He didnt threaten her; all he did was scream at her. That clerk killed that doctors patient, and
nothing was done to her.
