Juan, San Jose, Province of Dinagat lslands, for and in consideration of the sum of f lVh,
THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P5,000.00), Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid and the
receipwhereof is hereby acknowledged from MARIANO F. GERANDOY and MARILOU G.
GBRANDOY, both of legal age, Filipino, husband and witb, and a residents and postal address
at P-1, San Juan, San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands, do hereby SELL, TRANSFE& AND
CONVEY unto the said VENDEE their heirs, successors and assigns, by way of Absolute Sale,
a portion of residential land and improvements thereon which is more particularly described as
follows:

A parcel of coconut land under Ta:r Declaration No. 07-06-1009054 declared in the
name of Moises E. Ecleo, consisting an af,ea of 9.3500 hectares mor or less, located at San
Juarq San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands with the following boundaries; on the North by
Rafael Lipio; on the South by Ruben E. Ecleo, Sr; on the East by Rosendo Gerandoy, and on
the \Mest by Sea, of which a portion of residential land sold to under this instrument is only
Eighty (80) square meters, with the following boundaries, on the North by Barangay Road; on
the South by Gerandoy, lvlariano & Marilou, spouses; on the East by Estila Rellio, and on the
West by Damian Lodovice.
