BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT *

1. Project theme: "Comparative analysis of law terminology in Kazakh, Russian and English"
2. Abstract (abstract) of the project
"Kazakhstan should be perceived all over the world as a highly educated country whose
population uses three languages: the Kazakh language is the state language, the Russian language
as the language of interethnic communication and English is the language of successful integration
into the global economy."
In this regard, the requirements to the quality of the training of an officer are increasing, which
must have a high level of professional competence for the successful organization of joint
productive activities.
The presented requirements require the restructuring of the educational process in the system of
higher law education, the search for new ways of professional training, which ensure a high level
of formation of the professional competence of future students.
3. The purpose and objectives of the project
theoretical justification and scientific and methodological support for the formation of the
professional competence of future students on the basis of a comparative analysis of law
terminology in three languages in the form of an electronic interactive program and the trilogy
"Law terminology of the present", as well as the development and creation of qualitatively new
approaches in the system of law education and training of the law specialists by creating an
electronic resource fund "Law terminology in the conditions of multilingualism"
Tasks of the project
Analysis of the international experience of comparing law terminology for professional training
of specialists.
Develop a model for the formation of professional competence of future students based on the
creation of the trilogy "Law terminology of the present" and test this method experimentally.
Creation of the electronic resource fund "Law terminology in the conditions of multilingualism"
in the system of professional training of students of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Development and implementation of effective training programs on professional competence,
including webinars and teleconference programs in the Republic of Kazakhstan system on the
method "Modern law terms"
Development of specialized interactive e-courses for law specialists on professional competence
with the use of law terms (in modern conditions, multilingualism: State, Russian, English);
