ELECTRONIC PRODUCT INFORMATION

B)'s product catalogue or whichever Beneficiary's product catalogue from time to time as the case may be or whichever associated
material produced by the (side B).

CONFIDENTIALITY
The (side B) and whichever Beneficiary shall use all reasonable endeavors to guarantee that such person keeps the Confidential
Information confidential and does not make use of the Confidential Information except for the reason for which the disclosure is
made.

GENERAL
The failure by the (side B), the (side A) or, as the case may be, whichever Beneficiary to insist upon the strict performance of
whichever provision, term or condition of the Contract or to exercise whichever right or remedy consequent upon the breach thereof
is not constitute a waiver of whichever such breach or whichever subsequent breach of such provision, term or condition.

EQUALITY AND NON-DISCRMINATION

FORCE MAJEURE

action proposed to mitigate its effect.

LAW
The (side A) submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts and agrees that the Contract is to be governed and construed according
to English law.
