Please find enclosed a copy of Ministry of I&B's letter No. V-22026/09/2017-

BA(E) dated 28.08.2017 on the subject mentioned above.

2. It is requested that both Direcorates may conduct re-verification of membership,

through Check-off system under CCS(RSA) Rules, 1993, of those associations who were
recognized by MIB on 06.03.2013.

2. In this regard ,it is also requested that fresh application seeking recognition may
also be called for and the whole exercise in terms of Central Civil Services ( Recognised
Service Associations ) Rules ,1993 and DoPT's instructions contained in O.M. dated
10.02.2002 be completed urgently. The revision of Distinct Categories, amendment in Bye-
laws/memorandum etc. be kept in purview while sending a detailed proposal to this
Secretariat.
3. Further, DG:AIR is requested to send consolidated proposals for Categories whose
members are common to both the Directorates.

4. It is requested that proposals completed in all aspects may be forwarded to Prasar

Bharati Secretariat with the approval of the respective DG, for further necessary action.
