I am Romi Necq S. Abuel, a 3rd Year, BS Applied Physics student and I am kindly
requesting for your permission to settle my tuition fees this Midyear A.Y. 2016-2017. I am
currently a DOST-SEI scholar under the RA 7687 Scholarship program. I have only acquired my
endorsement letter from the DOST Regional Office on the 3rd of July, 2017. The delay upon
acquiring the endorsement letter is due to the late completion of all my grades last semester, which
I must fulfill first and submit to DOST before receiving the letter. Therefore, I wasnt able to
submit it before the deadline of enrollment.

As stated by the following reasons above, I hope that you grant my request. Thank you for
