Rubber for lagging and lining of pulleys

REMAGRIP, is a special rubber for lagging and lining for pulleys and idlers. They are easy to apply
and have proven to be highly efficient under every kind of stress and in every climate.
Their high resistance to wear and corrosion makes it possible to significantly increase the service life
of conveyors, and to considerably reduce downtime, loss of tonnage and labour costs.

A further advantage of REMAGRIP lagging and lining is their CN bonding layer, which provide quick
application, high initial tack and unsurpassed adhesion values (rubber to metal) on site and in the
workshop.

Bonding Systems

The Bonding Systems of the CEMENT SC Series are applicable for durable rubber-rubber, rubber-
fabric, rubber-metal and fabric-fabric bonds in the fields of wear and corrosion protection as well as in
conveyor belt technology.

They provide excellent initial and final bonding strength. The adhesives have a user-friendly long open
time and are easy-to-process even at low temperatures
