Activity: much, many, a lot of ...? Adverbs of quantity II.


Skills: Listening, writing, speaking

Expected outcomes: By the lesson students will be able to work with quantifiers in context. Also students
will be able to distinguishing them by. Resources: Data show, computers, on line dictionary, markers
etc.

Time Comments:

Introduction : 15 min Teacher greets the students , calls the roll and introduce
Greetings. The topic which is Quantifiers. Teacher explains that this
Roll Calling, the second lesson they are going to work, now by doing
Topic Introduction an interactive PowerPoint presentation.
Before doing that, teacher briefly asks to students to
Remind him last lesson contents ( countable, uncountable
. Nous, some quantifiers etc.)

While Stage 30 min teacher now starts the presentation. On it , 10 slides show
Much, Many, a lot of? Different sentences to what students must chose among
Guessing the quantifier in context much, a lot of, many. Each and every slide show the
three alternative plus a 10 seconds timer , so teacher may
ask students to make small groups or play the game all
