Ensuring that assigned clinical location is maintained as a safe, clean, stocked environment to facilitate
meeting patient needs and unit/healthcare team functioning. Maintaining supplies, educational material,
equipment, sterilization of supplies, instruments and the environment to promote quality, safe patient care
outcomes. Contributing to the patient experience by accurately identifying the patient, by observing safety
goals and reporting to a licensed independent practitioner, manager and/or Registered Nurses regarding

Research, compile and prepare reports, memos, presentations, correspondence, or other information

Company. Ensure proper procedures are followed regarding disciplinary actions and terminations.
Perform general office duties, such as monitoring inventory levels and purchasing office supplies as
needed. Edit, proofread, and distribute monthly client correspondence. Participate in the work of
administrative staff and act as a back-up for direct reports. Engage in event planning and marketing
activities of the company. Maintain, design and manage the company's website. Prepare and process
payroll.
