CANCELLATION OF DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Cancellation of Deed of Absolute Sale, made and entered this ____ day of ________, by and between:

_________________, of legal age, Filipino, ________, and with residence address at

______________________________, and hereinafter referred to as the SELLER;

and

______________________, of legal age, Filipino, ____________ and with residence address at

__________________________________hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.

WITNESSETH: THAT

WHEREAS, on ____________________, the parties executed a Deed of Absolute Sale over a

condominium unit registered as CCT ___________________ in the Registry of Deeds of Makati City
(hereinafter Property), which transaction was entered into in the notarial book of Notary Public
_______________. as Doc. No. ____; Page No. __; Book No. ___; Series of _____, a copy of which is
hereto attached as Annex A;

WHEREAS, the parties wish to CANCEL, RESCIND and ANNUL said Deed of Absolute Sale and declare
the same VOID AB INITIO for failure of the SELLER to provide the necessary documents needed by the
BUYER to transfer the said Property under the BUYERs name;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties hereby unconditionally
CANCEL, RESCIND, ANNUL and declare VOID AB INITIO and without legal effect whatsoever the Deed
of Absolute Sale executed by the parties on ______________.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that parties agree to return to status quo ante whereby SELLER shall return the
consideration given by BUYER to SELLER, and BUYER shall return all original documents under its
possession to SELLER or to SELLERs designated personnel.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto signed this CANCELLATION OF DEED OF
