Greetings from DOLE-CAR!

The Department of Labor and Employment-Cordillera Administrative Region will be conducting a

two-day orientation on the Department Order No. 174-17, Wage Order Order No. 18 and JobStart
Philippines Program on August 30, 2017 and PhilJobNet (PJN) and Philippine Talent Mapping
Initiative (PTMI) on August 31, 2017 at Citylight Hotel, Baguio City.

The orientation aims to discuss issues and concerns on program implementation of DO 174-17
and to orient the private sector on the systems features, modules and functionalities of
employment services such as JobStart Philippines, PJN and PTMI.

Relative to this may we invite your institution to send 2 representatives particularly the Labor
Union President or representative of employees in non-unionized, and the owner/ CEO/
authorized representative to attend the orientation on August 30, 2017.

While, two representatives from your human resource department and/or management are
invited to the orientation of the PJN and PTMI on August 31, 2017 from 9:00 am to 12:00nn at
the same venue.

Participants on the second day orientation are required to bring e-copies of companys 1.) BIR
Certificates of Registration (Form 2303); and 2.) any of the following: Security of Exchange
Commission Registration, DTI/ Bureau of Domestic Trade Registration, DOLE License for Local
Private Recruitment and Placement Agency, POEA License for Overseas Recruitment and
Placement Agency, CDA Registration for Cooperatives or Business/ Mayors Permit together with
their laptop for the online walk through registration/ updating of PJN accounts if already
registered.

There will only be 120 slots for each activity, it will be a first come, first served basis. Kindly,
