Dear Scholarship provider,

I am pleased to present my resume to you for consideration for the ______________ scholarship. I heard about your scholarship
from_____________. I believe I would be an exceptional applicant as I possess all the qualifications for the ___________scholarship.
Throughout my high school career, I have been exceedingly involved in multiple organizations, sports, and an active citizen of my
community. I have obtained lifelong skills from these organizations that make me a well-rounded individual worthy of your scholarship.

Starting in January, I will begin taking EMT classes to get my certification by the time I graduate high school. Then I can work as an EMT
throughout college to ease the financial burden. My plans after graduation consist of attending North Central Missouri College to
acquire my associates degree in nursing. Then I will further my education at Northwest Missouri State University to become a nurse
practitioner. To become a nurse practitioner, I will need to get a Master of Science in Nursing or a Doctor of Nursing Practice. This will
require me to take out student loans and put me in quite a bit of debt. This scholarship would provide me much needed financial
support to help pay for my education.

I believe I am a deserving candidate for the _______________ scholarship. Throughout high school I have demonstrated that I am a
hardworking, responsible, and dedicated individual. I am active in multiple activities organizations such as FFA, FBLA, FCCLA, National
Honor Society, A+, yearbook, softball, cheerleading, and I.C.E. G.I.R.L.S. In almost all of these organizations, I hold a leadership position
as you can see on my resume. I have numerous responsibilities through the year but I still manage to fulfill all my duties in everything I
do. I have competed at state in FFA and FBLA every year because of my hard work on contest teams. Some awards I have received are
Academic and Athletic Excellence for being involved in sports while maintaining a 4.0 grade point average. I have also been on the A
honor roll since before I was a freshman.

I have attained many skills from these organizations that have prepared me to succeed in life. These organizations have shaped me
into an experienced adult. They have made me become responsible, dependable, hardworking, but most importantly it has made me a
leader. I know that I can take anything that life throws at me and succeed. If I am awarded this scholarship it will be put to good use.
