FACTS OF THE CASE
The complainant, Arra Jean S. Ponce, manager of Milky Milk Tea
Corporation, received verbal reports from Jackie Shaine G. Castro, Branch
Accountant about the inconsistencies in the sales report despite the good sales
performance of the Balzain branch. Acting on the Information that she received
from Jackie Shaine G. Castro, an audit team spearheaded by Jackie Shaine G.
Castro was formed to conduct a thorough examination of the sales and sales
report made of respondent as branch cashier from August 2017 to September
2017.

STIPULATED FACTS

3. There was a preliminary investigation conducted prior to the filing of this
case.
Trial shall proceed on January 8,2018 at 8:30 am, January 15, 22 and 29
2018 at 10 am for the prosecution to present and terminates its evidence
and on February 5 2018 at 8:30, February 12, 2018 at am, February 19 and
26 2018 at 2pm for the defense to present and terminates its evidence.
Trial dates are final and in transferable and no motions for postponement that
are dilatory in character shall be entertained by the court. If such motions are
granted in exceptional cases, the postponements by either party shall be
deducted from such partys allotted time to present evidence.
Failure of the party or his counsel to comply with the aforementioned
schedule of hearings and deadlines shall be a ground for the injection of fines
and other sanctions by the court.
The accused and counsel are notified in open court. The court shall no
longer issues notices to the parties present today.
