Verify the alarm of UPS.

Log all UPS alarms

Verify UPS Status

Check Bypass breaker it must in ON position and

Normal voltage output is present..

Verify the status of Connected load

Is the connected load shutdown?

(YES) Inform shift leader & Power-ON all Affected CPS

(Conditioner Power Supply) transformer.

Inform Equipment/Manufacturing to start affected testers

(No) Inform Shift leader and Transfer the UPS to

Maintenance Bypass Mode ( following MBB procedures)

Reset UPS alarm

Is the alarm reset?

(YES) Re-start the UPS following the start-up

procedure two(2) man verification checklist.

Is the UPS start -up successful?

(YES) Simulate from bypass to UPS mode and from

UPS to Bypas mode (2)times.

Transfer UPS to STATIC bypass mode

(NO), Shift leader to Escalate to SME the status of UPS

for repair.
Performed UPS Repair.

Repair completed

Re-start UPS

Simulate from Bypass to UPS mode and vise versa

( 2 times)

Transfer UPS to STATIC bypass mode

Inform manufacturing, Then shift the unit on UPS MODE.
