The gate which was locked was at che end of an access road which was approximately 100 yards from the victims. I Jdetermined that this access road would be cortical te getting essential lite leaving equipment and resources into the acene in the fastest way possible. Due lo that fact, I called for bolt cutters to cut the lock on the gate, An unknown lofgicer ran up with a large crowbar which we used to break the lock off. Rozzero jadvieed that minutes later, BBPD arrived on scene. Interview placed into lovidence. ‘The Chevy Impala was secured and towed to BEPD. A search warrant was authored Det. Gleicher for the Impala, which was later signed by the Honorable Laura jromeon. At BBPD I executed that search warrant on the Impala where a PBSC lpanasonic Laptop, I-Phone 6, (2) wallets, a binder with papors, and a set lof keys wore recovered from the interior. Det. Ramos took possession of the Iz-Phone which waa secured pending a search warrant. The laptop was placed into levidence, also pending a search warrant. I inspected the binder and it's lcontents for anything of evidentiary value, but discovered none. This was later lreturned to PBSO Lt, Hannah as it contained case files. Tho set of keys and lets were placed into evidence. A second search warrant wag authored by Det. Villari, which was also signed by ithe Honorable Laura Johngon for Demarco's residence, 2424 N. Federal Hwy, Apt. |210, Boynton Beach, Pl. Detectives Villari and Gleicher executed that search jarrant and it was documented by CSI Kichorst. Recovered from the residence was la locked safe, HP Pavillion hard drive, and miscellaneous papers. Tt was found that the keys recovered from the Impala opened the safe.
