Dear Mr. San Jose:

I write in behalf of our client, Ms. Jessa D. Who, the owner of the parcel of land you are
currently occupying in Balamban Cebu City . It has come to the attention of Ms. Who that you
are building a concrete bungalow house on her land. I am constrained to remind you of the nature
of your possession, that is, the tolerance my client has generously extended. Thus, you are not
entitled to make any improvements in the land without the permission of Ms. Who.

The owner of the land requests that you vacate the premises voluntarily. If you refuse this
demand, your continued occupancy of the land will be construed as willful and on bad faith.
Unless you leave the premises within five (5) days from the date of receipt of this letter, we shall
be forced to exercise our rights and commence appropriate legal action to protect her interests.
