AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I, ANITA MAGPATOC-ZARCON, of legal age, widow, Filipino and a resident

of Brgy. San Vicente (Pob.) Macrohon, Southern Leyte, after having been sworn in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

1. That, I am the biological mother of Janette Zarcon-Albers presently residing at

August-Hinrichs-Str. 12, 26954 Nordenham Germany;

2. That, my aforementioned-daughter has been sending me monthly pension for

my family needs and sustenance;

3. That, obviously because of my advance age and of being jobless, I am dependent

upon whether monthly support that my daughter Mrs. Janette Zarcon-Albers
would dole out to me from Germany for my support;

4. That, I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and to
support for whatever legal intents and purposes this may serve.
